Welcome to Blue Tranquility in New Buffalo, another great home offered by Third Coast Vacations, a full-service vacation rental company run by locals who love Harbor Country. This recently build new home is the perfect place for you and your group to unwind, relax, and enjoy all that Harbor Country has to offer! Blue Tranquility is two miles south of downtown New Buffalo in a private, quiet neighborhood (just south of Forest Beach). This was a brand new build, with fresh paint, new appliances, new furniture, new everything!
This well appointed house features:
Heading downstairs you’ll find a large living room with a TV, sofa, foosball table, and kids toys & books. Off the basement living room is a full bathroom and bedroom with a cozy new King bed.
Heading upstairs off the main floor you’ll find 4 spacious bedrooms and a large full bathroom. The main suite features a large King bed, private bathroom, and a desk (in case you need to work from vacay). The other bedrooms upstairs feature a twin over full bunk bed, and 2 more king beds. There is also a wireless printer with ink and paper available for you to use if needed.
Please note: There is a Ring camera / doorbell at the entrance of the property and at the back sliding door, which only has view of the door and grill ( we cannot see the hot tub)

We hope to make Blue Tranquility our annual family dinner getaway! Blue Tranquility is a beautiful, new home with everything our large family needed for cooking, dining, and relaxing. The very clean hot tub was used every night. We loved being close (1 mile) to the downtown action but able to enjoy the peace and quiet away from it

Great house. We know it's a new build. The neighborhood is new (nice area close to downtown) but it is on a cul de sac which was great for kids to ride around knowing hardly any traffic. Well stocked and furnished. They even had little signs in each room with wifi, handy info, and the comfort level of each bed. How often you see that?

We loved our time at Blue Tranquility. The location was perfect, the house was impeccable, it had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were a great size, we appreciated that there were King size beds instead of queen beds. Having three bathrooms was great and there was no problem running all three showers at the same time - made getting ready a breeze. We will definitely be back!

How many spots are there for parking?
You can easily fit 4 cars in the driveway and one in the garage. There is no street parking at any time.
Area for kids?
You will be staying on a cul de sac with limited trafiic that is a great spot for kids to ride bikes, etc. There are many children that live on the street full time so please drive slowly,.
