Welcome to our cozy four bedroom two full bathroom cottage in the sought-after Lakeshore Cottages neighborhood of Union Pier, just a short walk to Lake Michigan and downtown! Nestled on a peaceful tree-lined street, this home offers the perfect getaway for families and friends.

With access to a large association pool ranging from 3 - 9 feet, you can enjoy pool time just steps from the home! The attached community clubhouse offers a kitchen, ping pong, TV, and a half basketball court for fun and relaxation.

The secluded backyard features a wood-burning fire pit and a gas grill as well as charming seating near a quiet stream.
Looking for some beach time? Take a short walk to the pristine shores of Townline Beach for swimming, sand castles or lovely Lake Michigan sunsets.

Neighborhood Rules
Lakeshore Cottages asks that you never park on the grass or street and quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM eastern time (especially if you are using the fire pit). 

Parking
There is parking for 3 cars maximum in the driveway, please note that the neighborhood asks us to make sure that no one parks on the street or grass. 

Beach Access
The Townline Rd beach in Union Pier is 9/10 of a mile, you can walk or drive but parking is limited. The New Buffalo Public Beach is 4 miles away and has a large parking lot, it's just what you would hope for in a public beach. 

Pool
There is a heated community pool with a clubhouse just 500 feet away. Please note that only guests staying at Lakeshore Cottage can use the pool, they don't allow outside guests.
