Welcome to Dogwood Pool House! This beautiful two-story pool home is located just half a mile from the serene shores of Lake Michigan, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for your next getaway!

This home is in a prime Location, only a half-mile walk to Lake Michigan's stunning beaches and scenic streets perfect for an evening stroll. The home has two spacious living rooms, providing ample space for everyone to relax. The first living room is ideal for quiet reading or conversation, while the second living area is perfect for cozy movie nights! 

The large kitchen is great for the chef in your group, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals! With plenty of counter space and modern appliances, cooking is a breeze.

You've got dining options: enjoy your meals in the formal dining room off the kitchen or at the second dining table within the kitchen itself. Perfect for family gatherings or casual breakfasts.

There is a washer and dryer on the main floor for guest use and a half bathroom as well. Off the kitchen and living area at the rear of the home is a slider which opens on to a large private pool area. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, or lounge by the water with a good book. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and fun!
Head upstairs for four spacious bedrooms, including a large primary suite with a TV, en suite bathroom, and cozy reading area overlooking the front of the home. You'll find three additional bedrooms. Two feature queen beds, and one has two twin beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone.

Beach Access
The closest beach is at the Michigan Shores Country Club private association beach at end of Highland Ave, 6/10 a mile away. Walk west on Dogwood, take a right on Ponchartrain, a left on Highland and you will see the lake. There are several other beaches within walking distance in Michiana, in fact you can walk from Stop 41 1/2 all the way down to the Indiana border now in 2024. Please note that Lake Michigan beaches can change with the weather so we can't promise huge beaches.

Parking
There is parking for four cars maximum in the driveway. Street parking is never allowed in our neighborhood.

Pool Info
The pool is 5 feet deep and heated, open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend at minimum. Please ask us about dates outside of this time frame as it may be open later but that is weather-dependent.
