Back in 2021, when our founder Dan Saunders was enjoying a well-deserved break from the vacation rental world to spend time with family, a few homeowners—who remembered how well his homes were cared for—asked if he’d manage their properties again. With over 15 years of experience already under his belt, Dan couldn’t say no to a couple of trusted clients… and then a couple more… and in just a year, that handful of homes snowballed into a dozen! Before long, Dan realized he needed help, so he began building a local team that shared his passion for excellence and love for Southwest Michigan. Fast forward four years: we’ve grown our portfolio of handpicked vacation homes, have a full crew of friendly, local experts, and are still expanding—all while keeping things grounded in the same local spirit that started it all.
