This single family, handicap-accessible home has tons of space for a large group and everyone can spread out. The main floor features two suites each with an in-room jacuzzi tub and full en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms each with an in-room TV and cozy beds and linens. The top floor also features one and a half full baths, access to a balcony deck and a cozy space for reading and relaxing. 

The open-plan kitchen and living room have comfortable, leather furniture and a large dining table as well as bar seating for a quick bite. The kitchen is fully stocked with tons of cookware and small appliances and has everything you need. Just outside on the deck is a gas grill, a smoker, a blackstone flat top, and a charcoal grill for you to use!

The access to the garage and downstairs is through the living area and the garage is set up for a great social space with tables, pool table and many other items.  The basement is the main TV entertainment area with full bath also for the smaller kids to tuck away from the adults.

There is a large side yard to the property and deck is almost the length of the property on the back.  It is a short walk to the beach access and you are centrally located for everything in the Harbor Country area.  

We can not state this is a handicap accessible house but there is a ramp on the front steps, large door access and two main bedrooms on the main floor.  Please contact us for questions on the viability of the property if needed.

Hot Tub is only available seasonally and is not guaranteed between Nov 1 - April 1, please check to confirm availability.

Parties and events
Parties, events and gatherings that take you over the occupancy limit of 16 are forbidden by Chikaming Township. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, please be respectful of the neighbors.

Where is the closest beach access from the property?
The closest beach is exactly 1/2 mile south on the lakefront, just where Berrien Street intersects Lakeshore Drive. There is a slope down to the beach (no dunes!) and the beach is usually in great shape, even with the high lake levels.

Parking
There is parking for six cars in the driveway, no street parking is allowed in this neighborhood but you won't need it.

Is the Hot Tub Available All Year? 
The hot tub is closed from November to April each year. Please reach out to us for specific dates if you are interested in visiting during the cusp of those months.

There is a propane grill on the back deck, we supply the propane. 

Pets
Pets are no longer allowed at this house unfortunately and we can't get approval for an exception.

TVs
All the bedrooms have their own TV with Comcast cable, there is also a TV in the garage game room and the lower level sitting room.
