Pool and hot tub information
The heated, private pool is open from May 15th through October 5th each year and the hot tub is open all year! The pool has a retractable cover for safety, we will provide detailed instructions prior to your arrival. The pool is 16 ft by 34 ft and 5.5 feet deep at the deep end.

Beach access
It's important to know that this house is only a few hundred feet from the lake, but the closest beach access point in the Eiffel Tower part of Grand Beach is closed indefinitely. We have a golf cart for you that will take you to several other Grand Beach locations.

Televisions
There is Comcast cable TV as well as streaming via Comcast Xfinity high speed wife for all six TVs in the house.

Parking
There is parking for five cars in the driveway, please reach out prior to booking if you need additional parking space.

Grilling and Chilling
There is a propane grill on the back deck near the screened porch and kitchen, we supply the propane!

Fire Pit
There is a Solo Stove in the back porch, you can purchase firewood by the bundle at many places in our area.

Washer and Dryer
There is a washer and dryer in the second floor laundry area for your use

Putting green
The home includes a four-seat golf cart for your use; however, only licensed drivers are permitted to operate it, and you must stay within Grand Beach and Michiana. Please do not drive on Ponchartrain, as the steep hills will cause the engine to overheat. If the golf cart has to be picked up from Ponchartrain due to overheating, you will be charged for tow services.

Third Coast was very accommodating to our needs for the most part and responded in a very timely manner. This property is amazing. The views are absolutely breathtaking. We had a group of lifelong friends and the house was perfect for us. I can not wait to get back and plan on renting again in the future. The views are stunning and the home is wonderful.
