Every interaction was professional, friendly and helpful. Any questions I had were responded to quickly. I really appreciated the heads-up about boiling the tap water based on a township issue. Pre check in and check out reminders were timely, helpful. Including the weather forecast was great! I set up and managed an international technical support help desks and know how hard it is to get great support and you all did a fabulous job. Thank you!

I had the most wonderful stay at the Hygge House in Lakeside. Its the cutest cottage nestled in a beautiful setting with a welcoming and beautiful front yard. Everything inside is immaculately clean, maintained and well thought out. It doesnt feel like a rental but a home. The beds and pillows are comfortable and even had night lights with phone chargers. Bathrooms are pristine. The kitchen has everything you need with great dishes and pans which you dont always get in vacation properties. There is a lovely dining room, cute living room and cosy family room that feels like a hug - very comfortable seating, skylights, fireplace and gorgeous view of the beautiful and large back garden. We spent a lot of time here and its magnificent trees, firepit, fairy lights, dining table, bistro seating, lounge beds, croquet, corn hole and more! There is a little road traffic noise when sitting outside, but it didnt bother us. The occasional train horn was noticeable but it added to the magic. I cant think of one thing that was missing or could have been better. We didnt get to play the board games as we made the most of the beach during the day and enjoyed wonderful restaurants in the evenings. But this cottage is set up to be wonderful in any season and a stay in the autumn or winter would be lovely. I booked this for a client retreat and couldnt be happier with the how the space supported the work and relaxation we were there for. Its the perfect getaway and I will be back with my husband!

Easy and responsive

The house was amazing! Pool was the right size and temperature and refreshing after a sunny day outside. The kids loved the pool house. Our dog was also able to join us which is a treat to give her some vacation time with the rest of the family.

They were vey cordial and helpful. Everything worked so well that we had little reason to call them. But when we did, they were very responsive

We didnt communicate in person. Everything via email. Each person that we did communicate with was extremely friendly and relayed all details necessary for us to have a very enjoyable mini-vacation. We felt very comfortable with the efficiency and professionalism of Third Coast Vacations.

First, we have to say the goodie bag left for us was a big hit with our grandson. He said Nana look at the things they left for us. He felt very special and we thank you for that. The house was amazing and we loved it. The house is warm and welcoming. The decor and furnishings were beautiful and extremely comfortable. Everything was immaculate and fully stocked. It was great to have an assortment of coffee maker choices too by the way. We appreciated that we had the use of the washer and dryer also. The house was very spacious and had a good floor plan. The screened in porch was a plus also. Great place to sit and relax or play games. We wished we could have stayed longer thats for sure. The house location was convenient to any place we wanted to go to. So all in all, it was wonderful and we would definitely use Third Coast Vacations in the future.

Harborside Haven is a lovely home on a large private lot in a quiet neighborhood. A large pool and proximity to downtown and the lake made this a perfect vacation rental for adults and kids.

The team member was extremely helpful and accommodating.
