Great stay. Nicely put together property.

Third Coast was great to work with. Very friendly and helpful. We had a quick question on the house and they actually walked over within minutes of the call. I guess the office is right around the block!

The place was so nice to stay in. I think we were the very first guests after the owners finished furnishing the place. Everything, and I mean, everything was brand new for us. Nice and bright house with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and downtown. We could walk to the grocery store, beach, etc. Our little kids enjoyed playing in the back and having the yard fenced in, we didn't have to worry.

The rental agency was great to work with. They let us know this home was new to their inventory and wanted to make sure we were adequately provided (informed) about our stay. We didn't need them during the stay but was good to know they were local.

Pier Bliss was great and well stocked. Owners did great on the small touches around the house which made us feel well taken care of. Not sure if the owners or agency did this but they left a welcome bag with wine, drinks, snacks, etc. Back yard is great and hot tub was crystal clear. Having the screen porch and large back yard was great for the kids. Being close to the beach and being able to walk to Black Currant for breakfast snacks and coffee was great. We caught a nice warm, sunny spring weekend to experience out here. Really enjoyed the house and the area.

Third Coast was a pleasure to work with. They just recently took on the management of the house from the owners and were very cognizant of making sure we had all the info, etc, for our stay. Very nice gift bag left for us also.

The house was great for our needs. Walkable to downtown (one or two streets off of Whittaker) and grabbing something quick from Barneys. It's on a quiet side street and perfect for us. We got lucky on a great weekend for April and the town was coming back to life. Nancy's just opened back up for the summer and a bustling marina putting the boats back in the water. Glad to have the feel of winter off our backs. We are coming back for the summer time! See you soon!
