We didn't need anyone during our stay but they were responsive and on top of things prior to our arrival. Even got texts from them after arrival making sure we didn't need anything

The open concept living room and kitchen was a nice gathering space, along with the bunkhouse upstairs! Everyone got their own bed.

Guest services was very responsive and did a quick stop by after arrival to make sure we were ok. Thoughtful.

We enjoyed the home. So close to downtown. We walked for coffee in the mornings and excursions to the grocery store and shops too. We were so close to Bentwood Tavern....but it's closed for renovations. One of our favorite spots to eat. Well cared for home. We will be back!

Well furnished unit. Close to the beach. Liked the hot tub access and if warmer we would have watched some March Madness on the projector in the screened in porch.

House was large. Liked the basement layout for the kids to have their space (and out of my / adult space). Nice being so close to downtown New Buffalo. We enjoyed our time. Thanks!

The rental team was great to work with. The heating system is older and we had questions. They came over right away and showed us how to use it. They stopped by Saturday morning with cinnamon sticky buns and small stuffed animals for the kids to make sure all was well. Very thougthful

Great house, great location. We stayed on a rather cold blustery weekend. We didn't get a chance to use the firepit, bocceball court or even the beach of Lake Michigan. Will have to come back for it.

The property was clean and nice. Communication with the manager was easy. Location was great. We utilized the concierge service to stock groceries prior to arrival. So worth it!

We really enjoyed the hot tub and back fire pit area.

We hope to make Blue Tranquility our annual family dinner getaway! Blue Tranquility is a beautiful, new home with everything our large family needed for cooking, dining, and relaxing. The very clean hot tub was used every night. We loved being close (1 mile) to the downtown action but able to enjoy the peace and quiet away from it

the rental agency was great to work with. We were the first to stay in this new home and they gave us a gift card when we arrived (along with wine, drinks and snacks) as incentive to stay and provide feedback on the new home. Plenty of info about the property, communication prior to arrival and during was great and let us stay late on Sunday to enjoy the afternoon. Since we mentiioned we were coming with kids, they had a stuffed teddy bear and shark with Third coast branding on them. Kids were impressed.

Our commentary on the property - it was a great experience. The home is well furnished, clean, bright and airy. It was a rather windy / cold weekend so we didn't use many items of the exterior which I would imagine being a large perk for the summer. There is a screened in porch / 3 season room, a nice wood firepit outside with ample seating around it, and a bocce ball court also. The listing mentioned hammock but, once again, in March, these items were not utilized. Updated bathrooms and comfortable beds were great for our stay, we didn't use the kitchen for really cooking but seems well stocked and adequate for meal prep. You are very close to McKinley Beach and and can walk to downtown Union Pier to grab something from Milda's or Black Currant. We come to the area often and nice to find a new location for us to stay. Our kids enjoyed the time and the openness of the pathway / general area of Paradise Villa's and makes for a play area for them. Would we come back? Yes, and very much want to do so when the exterior perks of the home can be really used.

the company was nice to work with. We had trouble getting the tv on the right input to watch comcast and someone came over within minutes to show us how to use the TV. Very helpful

the house was great for our needs. Being so close to the private beach was nice - 3 houses away from the access point. The beach is a bit rocky but once you get a bit into the lake it was shallow and sandy. Kids loved it. They also enjoyed exploring the small creek which feeds into the lake.

Leanne and Adam were great to work with. We had a small question about the property and within minutes Adam was there to help us answer the question. Very nice to have someone in the area to help us like that. Highly recommend.

Great house. We know it's a new build. The neighborhood is new (nice area close to downtown) but it is on a cul de sac which was great for kids to ride around knowing hardly any traffic. Well stocked and furnished. They even had little signs in each room with wifi, handy info, and the comfort level of each bed. How often you see that?

Leanne was a delight to speak with and gave many recommendations / suggestions for our stay. They seem like they really enjoy making sure the guests enjoy the home / area. Left us a nice gift bag on the counter for our arrival.

The farm was great. There is so much space to explore at the property. The kids had a great time. Between the creek which runs through the property and all the other spaces and land, the kids were non stop exploring. Nice pool and was able to sit inside on the couch (and in air conditioning) and watch the kids in the pool which is always a plus. We are considering coming back again if schedules allow

Third Coast Vacations was great. We even had someone stop by just to make sure we are enjoying our stay. Nice gift bag for our arrival and let us extend our checkout so we could stick around have some late breakfast and get on the road mid afternoon. Very appreciative

There are 5 TV's in the garage. Talk about your game and sports room. They have 3 grills, two jacuzzis and a sauna also. We took advantage of the "whole" house.

Third Coast Vacations was great to work with. Good communication, answered all our questions and is local. We didn't need them during our stay but I do like they are "here" rather than being a distant landlord

Wow, what a kitchen. I was told the home recently went through renovations and it really is spacious and open. The kitchen is huge. Literally huge island and plenty of space for a good chef to get in there and do their work. They also have one unused space which I see some people use for exercise - my guess would be yoga. Great space and walkable to Cherry Beach.

Great company to work with. They come across as they care about how the guests enjoy their time at the property. Nice gift bag on our arrival with various drinks and snacks for us. Came in handy for the kids being hungry when we arrived

basketball court, hot tub, golf cart, close to the lake / beach. Very nice amenities for the property.

Wow, just wow! Such a lovely home. Spacious, well presented and supplied. We spent the entire time out by the pool and all the outside space. Need to come back soon.

all the land around the house and the pickle ball court was great! Being so close to the wineries didn't suck either!

The home is so close to the beach! 1-2 min walk and you are right at the access point. We only used one of the two homes on the property. There is a main house also which I would assume, between the two houses, would be able to host a bunch of people. The firepit was great, there was ping pong. Recommend the home.

The agency was super helpful. First time to the area and they gave recommendations, suggestions, left a gift bag with wine, drinks and snacks for our arrival and when someone came over to assist with a small problem, they even gave our child a stuffed teddy bear with their logo on it. It is now her go to stuffed animal!

The land / yard around this house is great. They have a pond, lots of space for the kids to play and explore. Pool was great to use and hot tub also.
