The management company was great to work with. We had a small question and someone from the maintenance team stopped by. Answered the question right away. Nice having someone local to stop by.

This property was great for our stay. Such a thoughtful and well put together home. The owners have taken into consideration whatever a guest may need. Small cooler next to the hot tub. Done. Want to sit in the screened in porch and watch something. They have an overhead projector in there. Want games and small personal touches throughout - they did it. Very nice and well done.

I have rented in the area for a while and no one has guest service like Third Coast. Before we even arrived they were responsive and so helpful. They obviously know and love the area and will help you find the right activity or restaurant for your group. There was even a gift bag waiting for me when we arrived with wine and snacks!

The home is clearly well designed and thoughtfully laid out in every room. The main floor is so big and spacious, it's as big as it looks in the pics. We want to come back in the summer to enjoy the pickle ball court and firepit, but the Hot tub was clearly very clean and we had no issues enjoying it. The beds were comfy and the linens were soft. If you're on the fence about renting, get off the fence and book the home.

Third Coast was great to work with. Communicated well with us prior to arrival, asked if we needed assistance with anything or recommendations and even had a concierge available if we needed her help. Great company

the home was very well put together and you can tell the owner cares about it's presentation. From the small touches, inside and out, the home has a great feel about it. Very well done.

Clean house. Fully stocked. Spacious. Loved the open layout and hot tub / back yard!

We loved our time at Blue Tranquility. The location was perfect, the house was impeccable, it had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were a great size, we appreciated that there were King size beds instead of queen beds. Having three bathrooms was great and there was no problem running all three showers at the same time - made getting ready a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Clean, updated, beautiful home! In town for a girls trip and enjoyed Wineries, dinners at fabulous restaurants, and time at the casino

Dan was friendly and professional. He was able to resolve a concern I had quickly and efficiently.

We had a lovely time staying at Blueberry Fields. The space accommodations were great for our large family. I especially loved the large kitchen! We made great memories making homemade pizzas on the island. The kids loved the arcade games upstairs. Overall a great stay.

Sweet cherry pie was everything we needed. It was perfect for a multi family rental with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. We loved the beautiful kitchen and living spaces along with the screened in porch. The location to the beach was just a few minute walk in the woods behind the home. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only thing missing was a pizza cutter ;)

It was a good experience, much more information and care, better checkout/exit process than many Airbnbs.

Dan was extremely helpful. He contacted us before we left home to set up a time in which he could review opening and closing the pool cover. We did not need to call him, but we would have felt comfortable doing so.

We very much enjoyed our stay at HIDDEN RETREAT. First of all, we loved the wooded setting, the pool, pool house and everything to do with the pool. Thank you to Dan from Third Coast for coming over to demonstrate how to cover and uncover the pool. The written instructions about the pool cover were also very helpful. In fact, all of the written instructions were very useful. Please add instructions for how the showers work and how to use the microwave. We had to study these items to figure them out through trial and error. I know they may be ordinary to you, but they were novel for us. The grill was easy to use and worked quite well. We cooked some delicious meals. There were comfortable lounging areas on the screened in porch and the living room area. Thank you for using the slipcovers over the furniture in the living room since we would never want to dirty your furniture. The kitchen was laid out well with ample space, dishes, glasses and utensils. We had a very enjoyable week. Thank you.

Communication about the property was very good.

The whole family agreed that it was a great property for our group. We talked about perhaps doing this again next year.

Toilet wasn't flushing and Dan came over and of course it flushed with no problems. But we got to Dan....so friendly and assured us if needed anyone over the weekend he was available.

We had a family reunion and this farm was perfect! We especially loved the Fluck Tap Room across the driveway. The weather was suppose to be rainy but at noon it stopped and the sun came out. We served the food in the Tap room which was great! Cant say enough about this place. It was clean
