Welcome to Ash Harbor House, a stunning family getaway located just a half mile walk from multiple private, association beaches! Newly built and professionally decorated, the home offers a haven of comfort and luxury for your entire group.

Dark oak floors span the spacious and inviting main floor and the large open layout creates an atmosphere perfect for gathering and creating unforgettable memories. 

The kitchen is outfitted with high-end fixtures, cookware and serveware, making cooking on the gas stove a breeze! The open concept flow connected the living, kitchen and dining areas while cathedral ceilings enhance the sense of space. 

Over the fireplace is a large smart TV! There is High-speed wifi internet coverage throughout the home including all 5 smart TVs for where you can movies or play games with complimentary YoutubeTV!

Down the hall off the main floor living space are three spacious and cozy bedrooms where you can rest up for another day of vacation. The first two bedrooms feature cozy Queen beds and the second bedroom has a TV for late night streaming. A full bathroom with beautiful tilework is located next to these bedrooms and a laundry room is just across the hall. 

At the end of the hall is the stunning primary suite with a large King bed and flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom is beyond luxe with a steam shower, deep bathtub, and twin pedestal sinks.

There are also several public Lake Michigan beaches within walking distance, including the Stop 41 1/2 beach at the northern end of Lakeshore Road. Enjoy strolling the neighborhood where you can walk all the way down and past the Indiana border for a beautiful lakefront jaunt.

Parking
There is parking for five cars maximum in the driveway. Street parking isn't allowed in our neighborhood.

Pets
No pets allowed ever and we aren't able to make any exceptions. We will have to ask you to leave if you bring an animal.

Beach Access
The closest beach is at the Michigan Shores Country Club private association beach at end of Highland Ave, exactly 1/2 a mile away. There are several other beaches within walking distance in Michiana, in fact you can walk from Stop 41 1/2 all the way down to the Indiana border now in 2024. Please note that Lake Michigan beaches can change with the weather so we can't promise large beaches. There is a beach wagon and beach supplies for you at the house during the summer.
