Description

Ash Harbor House is a stunning family getaway located just a half-mile walk from multiple private Association beaches. Newly built and professionally decorated, the home offers a haven of comfort and luxury for your entire group.

Dark oak floors span the spacious, open main floor, where cathedral ceilings enhance the sense of space and a large smart TV sits over the fireplace. The kitchen is outfitted with high-end fixtures, cookware, and serveware, with a gas stove and island making meal prep a breeze. Down the hall off the main living space are three main-floor bedrooms, including a King suite with its own steam shower. The lower level adds two more bedrooms plus a full game room with foosball and hand shuffleboard — a great hangout for teens or a quiet retreat of its own.

High-speed WiFi covers the whole home, including all five smart TVs, with complimentary YouTube TV for movies and games. The large corner lot offers plenty of outdoor space, and it's just a quick drive to downtown New Buffalo's shops and restaurants.

The house was beautiful and the location was great. Plenty of space for our group to enjoy each other and gather. The screened in porch was lovely and perfect for morning coffee. Enjoyed the beaches in the neighborhood and easy access to explore New Buffalo and the surrounding communities. The house had everything we needed.

This was great for my family of 10. Bright, modern and relaxed. Enjoyed the open layout with separate gathering spaces on the deck and basement hangout for teens. Comfortable and Well stocked. Also appreciated little things like the empty pantry closet that allowed us to hide and store things to keep the space clean and sliding door separating the sleeping area if needed.

This house was everything we needed and more. Beautiful! Quick drive to downtown new buffalo and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully loaded with all of the cookware and table settings one would need. Plenty of linens as well. The house felt even bigger than pictured. Our group spent a lot of our time on the screened porch while at home. Management was very responsive. Best air bnb experience I have had, will be back!!

Clean, organized space. Rooms were large and had extra linens and pillows. The basement was perfect for entertaining kids. Open floor plan helped was a major plus when hanging out with family.
Close to the New Buffalo downtown area & many restaurants.

Great house, large gathering area

House was in great shape & fantastic for our group of 11. Walk to the beach was less than 15 minutes.Gathering space and screened in porch received plenty of use. Lots of well furnished space for gathering and relaxing. Solo stove was fun in the evening. Gas BBQ fired up easy and made quick work of burgers and hot dogs. Kitchen was stocked with all pots, pans, and utensils one would ever need. A/C was ice cold on really hot days. Mattresses comfortable.All in all a great house that I would highly reccomend.

Check-in was seamless and easy—Third Coast Vacations had amazing communication throughout. The house is absolutely gorgeous—clean, trendy, and thoughtfully designed. It has a very open concept with plenty of spaces to hang out, making it perfect for a big group. Everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend!

Perfect accommodations for a large family trip. More than enough space for 8 adults and 3 toddlers.
Third Coast seems focused on providing excellent service. We had a small plumbing issue during our stay. Maintenance came out very quickly (less than an hour) and fixed the problem.
We would gladly rent from Third Coast again.
