We had a truly wonderful stay in Three Oaks. Your home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. We really appreciated the games and patio at night. Your home was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the area. We'd happily stay again next time we're in town!

We had a blast! Super clean! Open concept great for family time together. Decorated nicely. Short walking distance to shops, bakery, coffee, farmer's market, fabulous restaurants. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Quick Family Vacation

House was clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was there and ready to use. Loved the screened in porch, spent most of our time out there playing games when not at the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We loved how close to the Main Street it was and how easy it was to walk to all the shops and stores. Great layout in the house, everything flowed well. Space was comfortable when we were together, or if we wanted some space alone. Great little get away house!

We had a great stay here for our first vacation with our nine month old son. Perfect place to walk the small town and within 5 minute walk to great restaurants, yet still felt quiet and secluded. Just 15 minutes from great beaches too! We would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

Have had a great experience when staying with Third Coast. Lovely property, great communication from Third Coast, very helpful. Love the property! Beautiful place to stay. Very comfortable furnishings downstairs (the couch is magical). Covered porch in back is a great place to relax. Went to P+E Bottle Shop (lovely place, great selection). Patellie's for pizza (also fantastic). Dinner at Brewster's New Buffalo (very good, inventive cocktails). Relaxed at Cherry Beach (lovely spot). Ate and drank at Greenbush Brewery (always great).

This was our first vacation as a new family of 3 and it could not have been more perfect. The house was clean, safe, and comfortable in a beautiful and peaceful area. The rooms worked perfectly for us and our baby, and the common areas were great for hanging out and playing. The backyard was the best for evening fires after the baby went to sleep. The location was awesome for getting to anything we wanted to do easily and quickly. The hosts were responsive and helpful and the rental company provided everything we needed for the fire and beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We frequent southwest Michigan and have visited the town, but this was our first stay in Three Oaks. The house is within walking distance of Journeyman Distillery, Froehlich’s Bakery, and Froehlich’s Kitchen & Pantry restaurant and store, all of which have delicious offerings. It is only several miles before you get to beaches, a state park, more restaurants, wineries, breweries, etc.
The home is in a small, quiet neighborhood, and it is just a few minutes walk to get to the abovementioned places. We all commented on how peaceful it was and greatly appreciated it. The backyard with trees was quiet and quaint, and we enjoyed coffee from the screened porch in the mornings. We walked to Froehlich’s every morning to get coffee and were overloaded with pastries our first morning. We’ll be back to this home for our next girls' weekend.

This older house is in a quiet neighborhood in the quaint town of Three Oaks. Much like the old town mainstreet that now has cute shops, the inside is well decorated, modern and comfortable while keeping some of the old charm. We felt right at home immediately and loved the great beds and spacious first floor. The outside dining area was nice after a day at the beach as well! Jon was thoughtful and helpful with suggestions and kind replies to our queries. Thanks for the wonderful place!! We hope to be back soon!

a lovely stay!

The property is adorable. Lots of room, well-appointed and very comfortable. Lots of room to sprawl on the sofa on the first floor. The covered porch in back is great for hanging out with coffee in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay here! Location is fantastic as well - short walk to Journeyman Distillery and to downtown Three Oaks. Would definitely stay here again, no question. Communication with the property owners was good - we had an internet outage one evening and the property managers got in touch with the cable company and got us a status almost instantly. Great experience.
