Beach Daze is a cozy duplex retreat in Sawyer, about a mile from Warren Dunes, with a bright living area, well-stocked kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms — sleeping up to 7 guests. This home shares a wall with a separate, unrelated unit, but is thoughtfully designed for guest privacy and a peaceful stay.
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with an updated interior and a large backyard, Beach Daze puts you close to everything Harbor Country has to offer. Walk to local favorites like The Historian and Local Pour, or take a short drive to Greenbush Brewery, Sawyer Garden Center, and Infusco Coffee in downtown Sawyer.
Step into a thoughtfully laid-out living space with a decorative fireplace and cozy seating. The smart TV offers streaming apps like Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Netflix (bring your own logins) — there's no cable box. The living room sofa pulls out for extra sleeping space.
Sleeping arrangements (sleeps 7, 1 bath):
Bedroom 1 — 2 queen beds
Bedroom 2 — two bunk beds, great for kids or larger groups
Living room — sofa bed for extra guests
Note: this home has one shared bathroom — worth keeping in mind for larger groups.
The well-stocked kitchen includes all cookware and serveware, plus a farm-style table perfect for breakfast, board games, or a meal off the grill.
The backyard is large and partially enclosed, with a fire pit, gas grill (propane provided), outdoor dining, and plenty of room to play — a Bluetooth speaker is available for music while you grill or toss a frisbee.
Extras: A washer and dryer are available near the kitchen, and the home comes stocked with 4 beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, pool noodles, and yard games.
Parking: Driveway parking for 2 vehicles. This is shared parking with the separate, unrelated unit next door — please keep to the right.
Please note: no pets are allowed at this home, no exceptions. There's a doorbell camera facing the driveway.
