It was a nice get away for our family. plenty of space for 5 kids and 6 adults. A well stocked kitchen utensils to make dinner or several local places to eat. Very comfortable beds and a quiet area out back for a fire. We enjoyed our stay.

What a nice getaway near New Buffalo & Lake Michigan! This is a great, clean, newer build home with lots of games and activities for kids, and a hot tub for the grownups! Would definitely stay again

Our family of 4 was very comfortable having our own beds and bathrooms. I slept SO good each night! Neighborhood was quiet and cozy. Great that it was pet friendly for our elderly dog to join us. The hot tub was a very nice addition! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a large group. We had 10 people. 4 king size beds made everyone comfy. No fighting over the beds. We used the hot tub every day. Well stocked kitchen. Very enjoyable stay.

From initial inquiry through the end of our stay, Third Coast Vacations was a pleasure to work with! Close proximity to New Buffalo and area beaches, house is in a quiet cul de sac in a nice neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen. Kids loved the basement and the hot tub! Owners very accomodating for requests above and beyond your basic rental. Third Coast Vacations quickly resolved one issue with the house. Great house, hopefully its available the next time we return to New Buffalo.

Great communication the entire time. I appreciated the emails and texts!Amazing location just 5 minutes from downtown New Buffalo. The house was great for our party of 6 adults, 2 kids (ages 3 years old and 3 months), and 1 dog. Plenty of space and the master suite has a walk-in closet that ended up being a great spot for a pack and play. Hot tub outside is an added bonus! There are also lots of kids toys and a changing table in the basement.Everything in downtown New Buffalo! Terrace Room for a date night dinner, New Buffalo Beach, Oinks. The sunset at the beach is a must!! We also went to Three Oaks and hit Froelich's bakery and Drier's Meat Market.

Third Coast Vacations was very smooth as far as checking in and out, letting them know that there were a couple of minor issues and they let us know that a sprinkler repair person would be coming by. Communication was excellent but not bothersome.This house was a perfect fit for our family of 10. We were 9 adults and one 6yo. We absolutely loved and appreciated that there were 3.5 bathrooms and that 4/5 BRs had king beds. The 5th BR with the single over double bunk was perfect for one of our single daughters and our 6yo grandson loved sleeping on the futon on the lower level. The kitchen was very well stocked and we did cook there Washer and dryer were large and efficient. Hot tub felt great after our action packed days spent with other family at a reunion.We went to Silver Beach, Captain Mike's Game Center and Mini Golf, Town Line Beach, blueberry picking. We were mostly tied up with family at our reunion at Berrywood Farm.

We were in the area for a family reunion and our family of 10 stayed in this home, The best part of this 5BR home was that 4/5 BRs had king beds. The 5th BR had single bunk over a double. Perfect also for our 6yo grandson. The other bonus was there were 3.5 bathrooms. Important for large families! The house was accurately represented and in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked for cooking and we did prepare food there to bring to our event. Washer and dryer were large size and efficient. We enjoyed the hot tub and patio in the evening.

The house was very clean & well stocked. We have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and have never had one where the bathrooms were stocked with extra toilet paper & extra towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids plates were so nice with 2 grandchildren at 18 & 20 months. The children’s toys were abundant & kept all the grandchildren busy!!

We had two families staying together with a total of 5 kids and 4 adults, and the property was chock-full of toys and games for the kids(all between 3 and 8). The hot tub and Foosball table were great features, and the neighborhood is quiet and a short to town/the beach.

Third Coast’s house was exactly as described and pictured for our family of 9! We came into town for our wedding and needed a large enough place to stay that could accommodate us and our of town family. This location had plenty of space including bedrooms, comfortable beds and linens for all of us. We loved that the basement had additional seating and TV’s and activities for the kids to play with. We never felt like we were on top of one another with 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 additional in the finished basement. The host was very proactive in communication and even accommodated an earlier check in due to our 3.5 hour travel arriving sooner than expected. We appreciated each room had a description of firmness of beds! All beds were comfortable including the pillows! The place was also very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly! You are right near a train track but you only hear the trains a few times during the day, never at night! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Everything was perfect!! Except- minor criticism- none of the bedrooms or living room had lamps. We would have liked to have read by lamps instead of overhead lights. Dimmers would have been nice as well. Thanks!! East transaction and communication with the 3rd Coast Staff. Thank you!! Lots of space for our multigenerational family to spread out in! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and the large driveway where the grandchildren could ride their scooters. Having 3 1/2 baths was a huge plus as well as the bonus living space in the basement.

This spacious house, it's amenities, and the location made our family vacation very enjoyable. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked for making meals. The spacious of the house accommodated our family gathering of eight adults and one toddler very well. The backyard is beautiful, private and peaceful. We loved the location because it provided us a quiet place to relax and have fun while only being a very short drive to the beach and dining. It was an overall wonderful experience from beginning to end! Hist was extremely accommodating! The property was clean and beautiful! House collection of cookware and dishes.What a lovely home! It was spacious and clean and had so many games and toys for the kids. This was a delightful surprise.We loved the layout of the house and the serene setting of the property. Third Coast was so responsive throughout the rental process. We felt we had all the necessary information about check in and the house too arrive preparedBlue Tranquility is a beautiful, new home with everything our large family needed for cooking, dining, and relaxing. The very clean hot tub was used every night. We lived being close (1 mile) to the downtown action but able to enjoy the peace and quiet away from it. We loved the privacy feeling of the backyard

We LOVED staying here, it was so close to everything - the restaurants, breweries, and the beach. The communication ahead of our arrival was great, we knew what to expect when we got here. Having the keyless entry made it so easy, and we didn't have to worry about losing the keys. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were beyond comfortable - we appreciated that they were kings and not queens, everything was new and clean, and we loved to come home and use the hot tub at night. We brought our own coffee pods, so making coffee the first morning was easy. Then we stocked up on groceries at Barney's and grilled each night. Highly recommend trying Oinks for an ice cream treat! Can't wait to come back

We enjoyed our stay at blue tranquility !!! Great location minutes from down town, kids activities and beach. Friendly neighbors gave us few pointers for sights worth seeing! My family loved the comfortable and specious rooms, bathrooms and beds. Three and half bathrooms made it very comfortable for my party of 8 adults and 3 kids. Kids 1yr old thru 5yrs. Property is kid friendly. Equipped in pack and play and baby rocker. Play room downstairs had verity of toys and books. My personal best feature was the hot tub !! Clean and warm from day one !! We took full advantage of it each night.

Nice property, great location. The home being brand new is a huge perk. The bedroom/bathroom accommodations made this house the only agreed upon choice for our group of 12. Plenty of seating between the kids table in the kitchen and the large dining table. The open floor plan on the main floor made it easy for our group to enjoy each other’s company. It feels more like a home than a rental. We had everything we needed and more to be able to have a nice trip for everyone. The washer and dryer were much appreciated by our entire group.

Our entire group loved our stay at Blue Tranquility! The location is perfect- a private cul-de-sac close to downtown and the beach. We were able to explore Harbor Country by day, and relax and enjoy each other’s company by night. Our large group included several children. We were pleased to find children’s dishes, cutlery, and cups. Additionally, there were a few fun toys and ample space to roam. The hosts were very thoughtful and detail oriented. We will be back!

This place is such a gem! Went to New Buffalo for a quick getaway from Chicago and it was just what we were hoping for. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything that New Buffalo has to offer. It's very clean and tidy, with lots of warm and friendly touches. I loved that each room has a sign explaining how firm or soft the mattress is! It has everything you need for short or long vacation. Great outdoor space with comfy furniture in the backyard, too.

Retired Airbnb Superhost here....I took a chance on this new home/listing and am so glad I did! Despite being their first guest, the home is in family/group ready shape. The main floor has so much seating between the dining room table, kitchen table, and super comfy sectional couch. There are tons of dishes/glassware/cookingware, so our large group didn't have to be running the dish constantly. You do need to bring cooking essentials like olive oil because they aren't allowed to keep perishable items.
The sod was new, so we didn't enjoy the grass much, but the patio was great with a hot tub, table and chairs, and a new grill. It also felt really private and quiet.
The beds are all very comfy. They have the type of mattress posted in each room so you can Goldie Locks your way to your favorite. Bathrooms have lots of towels. A couple rooms didn't have dressers yet (Dan the host said supply chain slowed down a few furniture pieces), but there are hangers in the closets which was sufficient.
The rec room is a nice place to toss the kiddos. They have a lot of toys/puzzles/coloring items. Sounds like a couch is also on it's way for more seating there.
Downtown New Buffalo is only a mile up 12. It's nice to be away from the crowds, but easy access to the restaurants and beach. We stocked up on food and drinks at Barney's grocery store. There's a cute splash pad and park at the New Buffalo Township office about a mile north of downtown. Our kids liked being away from the crowds for a bit
Do not hesitate to book this adorable, peaceful home! We are already planning next year's trip.
