This home will impress you from the moment step through the front door. You'll enter the home through a nice three seasons room with views of the back yard. This space is beautifully furnished with cozy seating and a table perfect for meals or board games after a day at the beach. The latest addition to our amenity list is is a brand new 4 person hot tub in the back yard!
Bluebird Beach House is located almost exactly 1000 feet from McKinley Beach in Union Pier, just a short walk down a quiet side road. There is a gradual path that leads halfway down to the beach then 45 well maintained steps down to the water level.
Moving into the home you'll find a full size washer and dryer in the mud room as well as hooks and storage. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with beautiful touches and plenty of quartz counterspace for meal preps. This home features an open concept layout with the kitchen flowing into the dining room which leads you to the living area of the home. The cozy living room features plenty of seating and a smart TV.
This home features 3 bedrooms, one with a full size bed, a second with a Queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and a third with 3 twin beds. This bunk bed room features a trundle bed which would be best used for a child or small adult. There are two full bathrooms, one off the dining space and another near the middle bedroom.
Bluebird Beach House has a lot to offer in the back yard, including the private hot tub. There is a large firepit with Adirondack chairs that is perfect for s'mores or a hot dogs over the fire. The middle of the yard features a bocce ball court and all materials needed to play can be found in the storage area nearby. As you look at the property from the street, the left side yard and back of the property is completely fenced in. The backyard also features a large outdoor shower to ensure that the sand that you brought home from the beach stays outside, well most of it at least.

Parking
There is parking for two cars in the driveway. There are also spots along the roadside, in the grass across Lakeshore Rd from the house. Please don't block the gate that you will see there.

How far is the home from the beach?
The closest beach is the neighborhood beach at the end of McKinley, just 2/10 of a mile north on Lakeshore and then take a left on McKinley.
Is firewood included?
You can have firewood delivered to the home through Third Coast for a $25 delivery fee + the cost of Wood at $8 a bundle ( 8 - 10 logs per bundle). You can also purchase it by the bundle at multiple places in the area.
Is the backyard fenced in?
Yes, the left side of the property off the porch and the entire back of the property is fenced in for peace of mind with smaller kids and/or pets. We still recommend that you keep your dog on a leash in case a squirrel runs by.
