What a nice find in a great location! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, stores, and just taking in the town. It rained a lot over the weekend which made it extra nice that the home was so clean and comfortable since we couldn't be at the beach as much as I'd hoped. I definitely recommend and would stay here again for sure.

A beautiful cottage close to town and the beach. Spacious living area with a fully fenced in yard, great if you bring your pup. We were so comfortable. Everything is as advertised! Lake Michigan charm! Plenty of room and things to do for a family, Thank you for a wonderful mini vacation! We will be back!

This was our second stay at the Cape Cod Cottage, location is great, walkable to beach about 15 minutes, lots to do day & night. Fenced in yard perfect for our dog Ruby. Nearby restaurants, ice cream & coffee shops. We really enjoy the New Buffalo area and always visit a few wineries. Would recommend!!

Cottage Like Feel

We read the reviews prior to our stay so we knew to bring our own pillows and bedding. The house has an open layout which made it feel much bigger than it actually is. It had a cottage like feel that we really enjoyed. It was a short walk to town and beach.

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! The home was perfect for our family—clean, cute, and even more spacious than we expected. We brought our toddler and dog, and it was such a relief to have a fully fenced-in, secure yard where our pup could safely play. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. Highly recommend this place for families traveling with little ones and pets!

Only limitation was lack of laundry, especially with a family staying for an extended period of time. A mid-trip laundry catch-up would have been very helpful.Family-friendly open concept; quick and easy beach access

Loved the experience! Very responsive host, clean home, great all around. Loved the house! Only downfalls were no laundry and only 1 bathroom. We knew that coming in, but it is a small drawback. Went to the beach, wineries, explored the coast, ate at delicious restaurants (Casey's, Villa Nova, Beer Church, Salty Dog), walked around the neighborhood and enjoyed the scenery.

Great house for our group to spend the weekend!! Great backyard for evening grilling and bonfire. This location has plenty of parking and easy to walk to the main attractions of New Buffalo! Would recommend for large groups.

Very nice location. It was under a mile walk to the beach and it was close to downtown restaurants. Place was very clean and host company was very responsive if we needed anything.

The home was very well appointed and clean. Towels for all of us and extra in drawer if needed. The kitchen had ample dishes and glassware. Only complaint would be the yard could use new chairs and fire pit, and be cleaned up a bit to be more functional. The booking, information and follow up were excellent. Clear instructions throughout. See aboveThe dining room. Large enough table for us all to gather to eat and play games as well as the location near downtown New Buffalo- within walking distance.

What a nice find in a great location! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, stores, and just taking in the town.
