This was a perfect location for us, quiet enough, but about a block away from the night life we wanted to experience. It was maximum a 12 minute walk to the beach, and you hardly notice the walk at all because of the beautiful town, stores, and restaurants. The decor in the cottage was AMAZING, every detail was perfect; the only downside to any aspect of the house were the creaking floors - but that is only because we have a five month old puppy we like to keep asleep when napping. All in all, we would love to make this an annual vacation house; amazing!

This was the perfect home for four friends having a girls weekend! Clean, easy to walk anywhere you want in downtown New Buffalo, parking included, and comfy beds. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint home on a safe, private road. Just walking distance from a grocery store, amazing eateries, ice cream shops and stunning sunsets on the beach of Lake Michigan! Updates have been made to the home and it is so beautifully decorated and the kitchen is better stocked than my own with anything you'd need to make a meal. Back yard is nice with a firepit and great quality Adirondack chairs. Shower has two heads and the coconut scented toiletries were a treat. We look forward to visiting again!

What a nice find in a great location! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, stores, and just taking in the town. It rained a lot over the weekend which made it extra nice that the home was so clean and comfortable since we couldn't be at the beach as much as I'd hoped. I definitely recommend and would stay here again for sure.

A beautiful cottage close to town and the beach. Spacious living area with a fully fenced in yard, great if you bring your pup. We were so comfortable. Everything is as advertised! Lake Michigan charm! Plenty of room and things to do for a family, Thank you for a wonderful mini vacation! We will be back!

This was our second stay at the Cape Cod Cottage, location is great, walkable to beach about 15 minutes, lots to do day & night. Fenced in yard perfect for our dog Ruby. Nearby restaurants, ice cream & coffee shops. We really enjoy the New Buffalo area and always visit a few wineries. Would recommend!!

Cottage Like Feel
We read the reviews prior to our stay so we knew to bring our own pillows and bedding. The house has an open layout which made it feel much bigger than it actually is. It had a cottage like feel that we really enjoyed. It was a short walk to town and beach.

tolles Ferienhaus mit wunderschöner Aussicht direkt am WasserfallWir hatten einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub im Riesengebirge in dieser außergewöhnlich schönen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Unterkunft. Sehr sauber, wunderschön und liebevoll und eingerichtet, es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts. Agnieszka (Aga) ist eine ganz herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die all unsere Fragen oder Wünsche schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet hat. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt, wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Das Ferienhaus können wir nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Aga, vielen lieben Dank für alles.

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! The home was perfect for our family—clean, cute, and even more spacious than we expected. We brought our toddler and dog, and it was such a relief to have a fully fenced-in, secure yard where our pup could safely play. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. Highly recommend this place for families traveling with little ones and pets!

Loved the experience! Very responsive host, clean home, great all around. Loved the house! Only downfalls were no laundry and only 1 bathroom. We knew that coming in, but it is a small drawback. Went to the beach, wineries, explored the coast, ate at delicious restaurants (Casey's, Villa Nova, Beer Church, Salty Dog), walked around the neighborhood and enjoyed the scenery.

Great house for our group to spend the weekend!! Great backyard for evening grilling and bonfire. This location has plenty of parking and easy to walk to the main attractions of New Buffalo! Would recommend for large groups.

The home was very well appointed and clean. Towels for all of us and extra in drawer if needed. The kitchen had ample dishes and glassware. Only complaint would be the yard could use new chairs and fire pit, and be cleaned up a bit to be more functional. The booking, information and follow up were excellent. Clear instructions throughout. See aboveThe dining room. Large enough table for us all to gather to eat and play games as well as the location near downtown New Buffalo- within walking distance.
