This single family home is located on Tower Hill Road in Sawyer on a quiet wooded lot with a large, private backyard. It’s down the way from many of the area’s favorite restaurants, antique stores and beaches. The home is beautifully decorated and well furnished with cozy touches and plenty of space to relax.
As you step through the front door, you’ll be welcomed into a spacious, open-concept living area designed for relaxation and gathering. Plush, cozy couches invite you to unwind in front of the TV, while a charming dinette and a bar with seating provide the perfect spots for casual meals and conversation. The Kitchen is well stocked with high-end appliances and a large island for cooking and serving. Off a small hallway there are two bedrooms, one with a King and one with a queen bed. Between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Just off the kitchen is a spacious screen porch that features a large outdoor dining space and beach chairs for you to use.
Head upstairs to the bunk room where you’ll find two twin bunk beds, and another bunk bed with double bed on the bottom and twin sized bed up top. There is an additional queen bed located in this room as well. A small TV for steaming completes this perfect space for the kids to retire to after a busy day in the area.
Upstairs, you'll find a spacious closet perfect for storing luggage, keeping your space clutter-free. The upper-level bathroom is a true retreat, featuring a generously sized walk-in stone shower that adds a touch of luxury to your stay.
Off the screen porch you’ll see a hot tub that is open all year, perfect for unwinding any time of the year. There is also a fire pit and seating in the backyard so you and your group can unwind and roast marshmallows after a day at the beach.
There is Comcast internet at the property along with 2 smart TVs and apple TV. Any streaming services will require you to use your personal log in. The basement level of the home is used for storage and laundry facilities which you can use during your stay.
