Very beautiful home! Close to everything yet very private. Nice walking path right beside the house to get to the private beach just a couple blocks away. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great house! We stayed his with our extended family and the fenced in yard was great for kids to play. Not pictured is a brand new play set in the yard that my kids LOVED. The walk to the beach is short and the beach was quiet on the weekdays we were there. We brought a wagon and it made bringing beach toys to/from a little easier.

How far away is the beach from the property?

Answer:

Great question. There are two access points to use. There is a pathway between two houses which is 2/10 mile away or another at 3/10 mile. There are stairs down to the beach at both locations. Both are very walkable and easy to get to.

What is the beach like in the area and who can use it?

Answer:

The beach, as of May 2025, is in great condition and long and sandy. The beach is only for the residents of the area and there is no public parking anywhere close so it truly is for those who can walk to the access points. There are stairs to get to down to the beach.
