Description

Tucked beneath the canopy of Southwest Michigan’s wooded landscape, is a warm, welcoming hideaway designed with group getaways in mind. With room to sleep a crowd and thoughtful spaces for gathering (or sneaking away for quiet time), this multi-level home blends rustic charm with modern comfort. From outdoor dining on the screened porch to cozy nights in the bunk room, every corner invites you to relax and reconnect.

The beach is about 1200 feet north of the house. It's in the Warren Dunes State Park and there is a walking path that begins right at the house and heads north into the park. You can also drive a mile or so and get to the beach through the front entrance of the park, there is a daily fee for that however.

The house was amazing!
We had a hiccup trying to get in, but a super friendly and helpful phone call later, we had an alternative and were in the door in less than 5 minutes. Outstanding customer service all the way around.
Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Good set of pans, cookie sheets and cooking utensils. There were enough dishes and silverware to outfit a small army.
Even with 3 bathrooms, there was never an issue with multiple showers or water pressure.
Plenty of pillows and linens. We like a more plush bed and the king and bunk beds were very firm. The queen on the main level was definitely the most comfortable.
The walk to the dunes was easy to find and a pretty simple hike. I wouldn't try to pull a wagon, backpack beach chairs were ideal.
Overall, everything was great and we would absolutely stay again.

A lovely stay for our family get away. Plenty of space for two sets of adults and three kids. The multilevel set up was ideal for allowing some privacy and there were also a variety of places to gather and hangout as well. The short walk to the beach was picturesque and close enough to feel like you could go to the beach in the mid morning, return to the house for a meal, and go back again for a beautiful late afternoon/sunset swim. It had everything we needed including a few nice beach towels, some kids toys, life jackets, boogie boards, etc. the communication with the hosts was great and the response was so prompt and kind when we needed help during off hours after accidentally locking ourselves out.

Literally the closest house to the walking path the leads to Warren Dunes State Park. Great places to stay with extended family and it was great that some beach chairs and toys were available for use. Will definitely try to come back and visit

Dune’s Edge Escape was the perfect Southwest Michigan getaway. You are literally tucked into the woods, and having a direct walking trail into Warren Dunes State Park to get to the beach was amazing. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and spacious, with a great wraparound deck and a cozy kitchen island where everyone could gather. Third Coast Vacations made the whole process seamless. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Dune’s Edge Escape. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a family trip. The location was excellent—very close to Warren Dunes State Park and the beach, which made it easy to get out and enjoy the area without a lot of driving.
