Nestled in the heart of downtown New Buffalo, this luxurious and beautifully decorated cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. With four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates families or groups looking for the perfect lakeshore getaway.
Even better, you can walk across the street to the community pool or walk to a great Lake Michigan beach just over a 1/2 mile away. You are also close enough to all the fun in downtown New Buffalo that you don't need to use your car while staying in a quiet neighborhood.
The main floor features a large master suite, fully stocked high end kitchen, a half bath, and an open concept living space with plenty of room to relax and unwind. At The front of the home there is a charming screen room with a large dining table that is perfect for enjoying the fresh air bug-free. The living room opens onto a beautiful sunroom with cozy sofas perfect for your morning cup of coffee.
Head upstairs for two additional bedrooms and a spacious bathroom perfect for a resting up for another night in harbor country.
Head downstairs where there are plenty of cozy nooks to relax in as well as a game table and small bar area perfect for a game of poker or Uno! Take a steam in the sauna in the basement for an extra layer of relaxation and enjoy the heated floors in the lower level which provide extra warmth and comfort. A fourth bedroom, full bathroom, and large laundry room round out the basement
The home boasts an inviting fire pit for cozy nights outdoors and as mentioned, you have direct access to the community pool across the street.

Community Pool information
The heated outdoor community pool is literally right across the street from our home and is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend for certain, sometimes longer (from late spring to mid-fall at the discretion of our HOA). Please reach out to us before booking dates prior to or after the aforementioned holiday weekends.
Community Rules
No parties ever
Please be considerate with noise levels at the pool
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM eastern nightly
Outside guests are not allowed at the pool, only your rental guests staying with us
Parking
There is parking for two cars in the driveway and one small car in the garage for sure, it's best to plan on a maximum of three cars. There is also some non-dedicated overflow parking at the end of Taylor Street but it's first come, first served with no guarantees.

The New Buffalo Public Beach is only 6/10 of a mile away!
