Evergreen Estate includes deeded access to the private Michigan Shores Country Club Beach, offering a quieter, more relaxed Lake Michigan experience. Spend your days swimming, beachcombing, or watching sunsets, then head back home to unwind. For added convenience and fun, licensed drivers age 18 and over can use the provided golf cart to cruise to and from the beach.
