Evergreen Estate

We had a group of 11 and the house was perfect. We loved the basement space for the kids to play in. The backyard and fire pit were beautiful. And having the golf cart was SO nice for getting everyone to the beach!

This home was exactly as described. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and everyone was welcoming. The house was equipped with everything our family needed for our stay. The private beach and gulf cart was a perfect. Close to local restaurants and great location. Our family really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer.

Great location in a very nice neighborhood. We did lots of walking and nice to have a golf cart to get to transport older family members to get them to the beach. The house was spacious and very clean. Loved having the finished basement game room to hang out in with a large group.

Our families enjoyed the peaceful stay by Lake Michigan. The house is close to the lake and access to the main road to town. Beds were comfy and kitchen had all we needed to cook. We enjoyed the backyard grill and fire pit. The kids loved the game room as well!

The beach was not walking distance but the golf cart and accessories were great. The house was great very open and spacious. Enough beds for everyone. Clean. Outside was great. My family enjoyed our stay very much.

We left our stay wishing we had more time. We loved having the golf cart and beach access. The layout was great with the pool table downstairs and kitchen and living on the main floor. The only complaint was we wish it had one more bathroom. The neighborhood is beautiful and fun to explore with bikes or just walk around.
The host was very responsive and helpful when we had to unexpectedly attend a funeral and change our dates last minute. They made it so easy.

This place was awesome, it accommodated my family of 5 very well. The best part was the basement we spent all of family time down there. The place was well the price for the comfort and amenities.

The house was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed the fire pit, basement play area, using the golf cart and meals together at the large table. The neighborhood was nice, close to the beach and only a few miles to town.

Loved making special family memories here! We had some trouble with a wasp nest but they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. We loved the golf cart and it added some adventure with trips to the beach nearby. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all!

The house is very spacious and has a great finished basement. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is quite well stocked. The backyard has multiple seating areas and a firepit. The house is a bit of a walk to the beach but there is a golf cart for use to get you there. It was a great choice for our whole family.

The place was perfect for our family of 12! Great floor plan, wonderful finished basement, close to the beach (with golf cart, bikes and assorted beach accessories.......and the back yard was perfect. We loved it!

We had a great time in this house. Plenty of space for our crew. Our favorite part was the golf cart, proximity to restaurants and beaches in New Buffalo, and the Pickleball courts not far away for morning games.

We were a group of 14 church ladies having a weekend retreat. We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and inviting. Furniture and decor cozy and comfortable. Kitchen well furnished with dishes/utensils/pans/coffee bar. Plenty of towels and washcloths, even beach towels! The backyard, which included a fire pit and canopy with plenty of seating, was great. We saw deer in the back yard The golf cart was a welcome feature. We enjoyed using it to go to the beach and to explore the neighborhood. The mattresses were firm with a slight plushness that many of our group found comfortable. Of course, everyone has their own preference for mattress type. The bedding was very comfy. If this property had a hot tub, it would be better, but even without it, our stay was exceptional!

The house was so clean and lovely. Truly the Michigan escape we were looking for!If you want to stay at a stress free property close to the water, you can't find anywhere better.The signs were cute, communication was great and everything was hassle-free!
