The place was lovely. We really enjoyed it and would come back.
The only thing I found frustrating is that the place says no pets, so I assumed it was a pet free space but it is clear the owners must have a dog- there are dog beds and the like. We are allergic and would have liked clarity about that. Additionally, not their fault- in all likelihood- but some of the pots and cooking items weren’t as clean as we would have liked but it might have been previous guests.
Otherwise, absolutely GREAT!

The house is very nicely appointed and the landscaping is extraordinary. The screened in porch is perfect for a lazy afternoon of reading or just relaxing watching the birds and deer! The master suite is large and the bed and linens are high quality. The kitchen island is large and perfect for family gatherings. We are likely to book again.

Lovely, relaxing property for a long weekend trip to Lake Michigan. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to spread out and relax. Beautifully landscaped and privately tucked back behind large evergreen trees. We enjoyed the screen porch every morning with coffee overlooking the pond (deer came out to sip from it and bunnies scurried throught he grass). The outdoor patio had tons of seating and a a nice hot tub for relaxing after a day on the lake or shopping. We were traveling with college aged kids, and everyone had plenty of space. The master suite's bathroom was wonderful and the soaking tub had amazing jets - everyone ended up trying it. The master closet was also large and had tons of wooden hangers. As a mom, I loved that from the kitchen, I could see my husband out back by the pond reading, while my daughter and her friend were having coffee on the covered front porch. Spacious and relaxing home with an open floor plan. We brought bocce ball and croquet and played them on the side yard one evening while we grilled steaks. We would definitely book again - fantastic trip. The only thing that would make it better is if it was pet friendly. :)

The whole family had a wonderful time ages 2 to 70!Pond, patios, hot tub, fire pit were all enjoyed. Wonderful seclusion and wooded setting. Will be back!

Third Coast provided a beautifully appointed, spacious yet cozy home nestled among beautiful tall tress and even a pond. This home was absolutely perfect for our weekend girls’ getaway. From the huge island in the ultra modern kitchen with tons of utensils, appliances and just about anything you could think of to the cozy fireplace in the warm and inviting great room, not a thing was overlooked. Well maybe just one (we were under the impression that the enclosed porch was heated - as it turned out, we never even missed it)
Overall, the host did a fantastic job communicating every step of the way. We’ve already started discussions about renting the same house again this summer.

Stayed here for my birthday and it was the absolute perfect location. The home itself has everything you could ever need, the space was clean and the location is peaceful and beautiful as ever. Had one question for the host and they responded quickly and helped. Would 1000% stay here again and recommend it to many friends.

Home was on a beautiful lot and home was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen stocked well with anything you would need to prepare meals

The Four Season House was perfect for my family. The bedrooms and beddings were above par. The backyard was the best part! My family set up baseball games, golfed, fished, and relaxed in the hot tub.
I was worried about the pond and bugs but the water was constantly circulating from pumps so it wasn’t a problem.
