Welcome to Grand Royal Cottage, a charming four bedroom, two bath cottage just steps from Sandy Lake Michigan beaches and a historic public golf course. This home features a huge indoor hot tub in a screen porch area at the back of the home, perfect for unwinding no matter the weather. Want games to pass the time? The home has ping pong, tons of board / card games for you to take advantage of! The garage has ping pong, foosball, and beach gear along with a golf cart you may use for getting to the beach or cruising the neighborhood. 

When you step into the home you’ll find yourself in a large, open plan kitchen and dining area with a lovely seating area. The large countertops feature bar seating and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware. 

Off the dining room is a sunken living room area with a cozy sofa and chair perfect for watching TV on the large flat screen. On the other side of the kitchen is a screen porch area with additional seating and the separate hot tub room which leads to the back yard area. 

Down the hall from the kitchen area you will find four bedrooms. The first has two twin beds as well as a closet where you will find the washer and dryer for the home. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and is right next to the full bathroom in the halfway. 

At the end of the hall are two additional bedrooms, one of which features two pyramid bunk beds (twin over full) that can sleep up to 6 children. Next door is the home’s master suite with a queen size bed, work station, and private full bathroom with a large walk in shower. 

Off the back of the home is a tetherball set, a fire pit, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table. Private association beaches are just .25 mile walk from the home. 

Note: there are three cameras, one facing out from the front door, one facing out from the porch door and one facing out from the garage door.
