Great spot. Great location. Third coast was fantastic and responsive. Close enough to walk everywhere in New Buffalo. Community pool gets crowded but all in all, great stay! Thanks Third Coast for hosting!

This was our 8th year spending time in New Buffalo and once again our stay was wonderful! Harbor Breeze was the perfect place to stay. The cottage was well equipped and located perfectly for easy walks to the beach and into town. Third Coast Vacations was great to work with and made booking, checkin and checkout so simple!

The Sweetest Little Getaway in the Perfect Location
We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house in New Buffalo! The home itself is incredibly cute and thoughtfully decorated—it had a cozy, welcoming charm that made it easy to relax right away. Every detail felt intentional, creating the perfect beachy getaway atmosphere. One of the best parts of this location is how convenient everything is. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants, the beach, local shops, and even the grocery store, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. It was the perfect balance of peaceful and accessible. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for a charming and well-located place to stay in New Buffalo. We will absolutely go back again!

Yes, there is a hot tub at the property and it is open all year round.  And, as of summer 2025, the only home in the complex with a hot tub!
