Harbor House offers views of the Galien River Preserve and is located in a quiet area in downtown New Buffalo, just 800 yards from the beach. The house features a wrap-around deck ideal for birdwatching, a patio with a dining set and gas grill, two wood-burning fireplaces and a screened porch connected to the deck.

Inside, the home has modern furnishings, a main level living room with large windows, and a wood-burning fireplace. The house is equipped with cable TV, high-speed WiFi, and essential amenities. The open kitchen includes a dining area, breakfast nook, and island bar, suitable for family meals and gatherings.

The lower-level family room has a big-screen TV, DVD player, and foosball table for entertainment. The main floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed, en suite bathroom, and patio access, the other bedrooms require using the stairs. The upper level has a loft office, a second bedroom with a queen bed with en-suite bathrooms, a third bedroom with a king bed with en-suite bathroom, and deck access. The lower level includes a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, plus an air mattress for additional guests. 

Harbor House sits at the end of a quiet road with low traffic and is within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in downtown New Buffalo!

Location
Harbor House is located in downtown New Buffalo on a dead end side street so there isn't much in the way of traffic. 

Parking
There is parking for five cars - 2 in front of the garage and three in front of the nearby wall. The garage is open for storing bicycles and such but not for parking. There is no parking allowed near the front door in the cul de sac area as that is a fire lane, the parking is all at garage level.

Beach Access
The New Buffalo Public Beach is only 4/10 of a mile away, just a short walk! You can also drive, there is a fee to park in the beach lot.

Coffee Maker and other appliances
There is a Cuisinart drip coffee maker with internal filter and hot water, toaster, crock pot, food processor and Kitchen Aid Mixer.

Television/Cable 
There are 5 TVs (3 out of 4 bedrooms, main level living room and lower level sitting room) with Xfinity Comcast cable along with great high-speed wifi for streaming. All the televisions  are smart tv's for easy streaming of Netflix etc. (with your own subcriptions).

Grilling and chilling
There is a hard-lined natural gas grill on the back patio, just off the kitchen and dining area. 

Garbage and Recycling
The City of New Buffalo picks up trash and recycling on Wednesday, there are 2 trash cans and one recycling can. 

Washer and Dryer
There is a private washer and dryer in the laundry room next to the kitchen

Amazing view of the Galien River Preserve - birdwatcher's paradise!
Harbor Landing Marina is also next door, a boat watchers paradise!
Many board games
Foosball table, TV and sitting area in the lower level
Downtown shopping, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance as is the depot for access to the non-stop train to and from Chicago.
