Located in the heart of New Buffalo, this home is just a short walk to the restaurants in downtown New Buffalo, unique boutiques, the Amtrak stop, the marina, and the public beach.
The home features an open floor plan, two fireplaces, four spacious bedrooms on three levels, three full bathrooms, a large front porch, a screened back porch, and a fenced-in yard with a newly added fire pit.
The main level features a sizable living room with comfortable seating arranged around a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with access to the screened-in back porch. The well-appointed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Also on the main level is a large master bedroom furnished with one king and one twin bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with beautiful stone flooring and a step-in stone shower.
The upper level has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a queen and a twin bed, while the other includes one queen, one twin bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own vanity with a sink and shares a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with a large soaking tub.
The finished lower level offers even more space for your group with an additional living area, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. A comfy day bed has been tucked away on the lower level to provide extra sleeping space for guests. You’ll also find a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and stone flooring. A laundry room with a utility sink and counter space completes the lower level.
The peaceful, relaxing vibe of the home extends to the outdoor spaces, where guests can enjoy the fully fenced-in backyard, complete with seating, a grill, and a fire pit. Want to curl up with a good book? Cozy up in one of the chairs on the large front porch. Feel like heading to the beach? The home includes beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon for your use.

Fireplaces are operational from November through March, during cooler weather.
The garage is not available for guest use.

Beach Access
The New Buffalo Public Beach is just 7/10 of a mile away. Head east on Mechanic Street, then turn left on Whittaker. You can walk or drive and park—just note that there is a fee for parking, payable by card at the kiosk.

There is parking for four cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed, but a free lot nearby is available for overflow parking.
