It was a great place to stay nice house only problem was there wasn’t extra toilet paper threw out the house or enough towels for our family
And the basement had a lot of feather 🪶 type of stuff that got on every one’s clothes and their communication and response was not great maybe due to the Christmas Holidays besides everything else it was a great stay no heat to the basement area made it cold and uncomfortable threw out the day and night also

Cenica, thanks for the comments and we take them seriously. We did just stop at the house and the heat is on and the basement is warm and comfortable - this is a new construction and heating vents in each room. We did speak with one of your family members when you arrived and we do not see other calls or messages from you - our apologies if we missed a message. We specifically mentioned when we talked with your family member, other than critical emergencies, our team would be with their families on Christmas day also. We would handle any issues the following day. We also detail expectations on what is in the house and what you may need to bring. We do hope you would consider coming back in summer when you can utilize all the outdoor amenities.

WOW!
This was our first time renting a home with Third Coast and the bar has been set extremely high. The photos accurately depict the property- it's new, fresh and stunning. We had three genreations (grou pof 10) stayign together and nobody felt crowded. The common living areas are comfortable for daytime gathering and late night chilling. The kitchen exceeded all expentations. Bedrooms and bathrooms crisp, and most importantly, clean. The highlight feature of this home is the deck and pool area. It's just amazing. Pool depths range from around 3' to 6'. There was a shed poacked with every pool toy and floatie imaginable for kids ranging from 5-18 (and some baby gear, too). We spent hours and hours rotating between the pool, hot tub, and lounge chairs. Beach stair access is a 30-second walk out the back fence. Beyond the home itself, the Third Coast team customer service is top rate. Couple routine queries arose during our stay; prompt and curteous responses followed. One thing to note- the 4-bed bunk room advertises up to 6 occupants. That can work with a couple little ones sharing the lower mattresses which worked fine for us. With older kids you'd probably not want to exceed four.

5-Star Stay in a Stunning New-Build Home!We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful new-build home in Union Pier. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. The interior is modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated and perfect for relaxing with family or friends.The pool was a true highlight: large, clean, and simply amazing for lounging or playing all day. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings. Beach access was just a one-minute walk away, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy Lake Michigan whenever we wanted.This home offered the best of both worlds, luxury amenities and a prime location. We can't wait to come back!Could use indoor game room or something for rainy day but perfect otherwise.

Fantastic New Home!
We had the privilege to be the first guests at Lakeshore Luxe. Wow it was incredible. Not only was it brand new but it’s location and setup was amazing. The house is very nicely designed for a singe family or multiple families since it’s bedrooms are spread across 3 levels. Also, each bathroom has it’s own beautifully designed bathroom. It is the perfect location in quant but trendy Union Pier. New Buffalo is just a 5 minute drive from the house we barely used our car because the house has everything and Union Pier has it’s own restaurants, breweries, winery and multiple very cute coffee shops. What we also loved is that it is “lakeside” on Lakeshore Road (small low traffic road) so you do not need to cross any streets to get to the beach stairs. Just walk to their back gate and you walk down a short path to the beach. The walk to McKinley Beach is 90 seconds from the bottom of the beach stairs. McKinley Beach is the best kept secret in New Buffalo and Union Pier since there is no public parking and as a result it will likely never be too busy. Speaking of parking this house had plenty for all our guests. Many in our group preferred to hang out at the pool. Not only is the pool heated and salt water there is also a hot tube right next to the pool. Again, great for a single family or multiple families because there are many comfy seating areas on the deck and pool deck including 2 outdoor tables, amazing couches, swivel chairs and ample loungers. The inside was amazing. It was high design but also super comfortable including a beautiful kitchen with a huge island and stools. Multiple relaxing areas including living room with fireplace, family room with L couch and a separate dining room that can accommodate all guests. We also like the sizeable mudroom for dropping off all out stuff. The icing on the cake was the attention we received from Third Coast Vacations. They were super responsive and offered us great ideas for during our stay.

Where is the nearest beach access from the house?

Answer:

There are two ways you can access the beach.  You will walk to the back right corner of the property and there is a gate which will open to a walkway to the beach.  The beach stairs are 100 yards from the house.  You can access the lake from this point, but the beach you would use is McKinley Beach.  It is less than a 1 min walk along the lake to McKinley beach.  You would not have access to the beach directly behind the house.

You can also walk along Lakeshore Dr to McKinley Lane and use the beach access at the lakefront there also.  

Is the pool salt water or chlorine?
