Everything was avaliable for us to use. The guys all loved the game room area. There is a large side yard and nice hot tub. The host was available and quick to respond to our questions.

This beautiful home accommodated our family so well….It was peaceful and so airy…the hot tub was a major plus….this is our second time at this home and it definitely won’t be our last!!!!

Dan and the team were great! The house was very clean and welcoming. LOTS of space, definitely plenty of room to spread out for our group of 14. The garage was amazing and the hot tub was a great luxury. They have three grills listed, however the grills aren’t in the greatest shape and some not operational. They did let us know ahead of time that they realized they are going to need to make upgrades there so we were able to plan accordingly for that. Other than that, the house was in great shape, they had almost anything you could think of for utensils/dishes in the kitchen and we did a lot of cooking in the house! The first day we were there we needed batteries and they were there within 15 minutes with batteries. This is definitely a great place to stay with a large group or if you’re looking for a place to watch football, hangout and eat food! We went to The Stray Dog for lunch and that place is a must, the food was amazing! Overall great place and town!

The staff went above and beyond before, during and after our stay. Our mom had a medical issue literally on our way out. Adam was a huge help, even taking the time to go back to his home and grabbing a wheelchair as mom wasn’t able to walk to the car. So many other staff members helped us along the way but Adam was special. Only thing keeping it from a 10 was the bath in the bedroom that kept turning on at 7 am. The garage man cave was a hit and where the family hung out

We stayed for a mini reunion of college roommates to see the Notre Dame game. It was great for our group, including kids aged 6-15, to feel comfortable. The kids especially loved the garage / game room and outdoor space!

We rented this house with a bunch of friends for a birthday and it was perfect. The house is large, clean and well equipped. It’s less than a 10 min walk to the public beach and coffee shop and less than a 5 min drive to a couple of wineries. Be advised that there is a fee of $100 per dog. This wasn’t disclosed in the listing but was charged after the fact.

This house was amazing. The entertainment that was in the garage was a huge hit with all of the kids who were there (ages 3-9). We loved using the fire pit on the back deck to roast marshmallows as well. The house was huge and easily accommodated the family and friends we had there. It was just a short walk to the beach which was lovely. We will definitely be back!

This place is a delight. There is plenty of space and the refurbished garage is very cool.
Within walking distance of a nice beach and comfortable sleeping situation. An excellent vacation home for any big groups.
Dan was an excellent host as well!

Wonderfully Maintained home, great game room for the teens. 10 minute walk to the beach. Conveniently located for all acitivities; fun shopping a short drive away (5 minutes to downtown New Buffalo), kayaking, Pickleball, beach. Easy to communicate with owner.

We booked this place as a last minute get away for extended family and were very pleased!
Roomy with place to gather and lots to do - (kept teens off their phones!)
Clean and relaxing space - it was just what we needed.

This place has everything we needed to have a fun weekend away! House was bigger than expected and all the rooms/bathrooms were spacious. Plenty of things to do at the house where we really didn’t need to leave. The few nights we went out the place was close (not walkable) to a few bars and restaurants. Beach access was down the road.

This is a wonderful home. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need.
There are plenty of really nice comfortable bedrooms with beautiful linens, and everyone was able to have their own space.
The main sitting room is also beautiful and a perfect place to socialize.
The basement is a great place to hang out and has a sauna! The laundry works well, and is perfectly located.
The garage is amazing!! Pool table, poker tables, foose ball, ping pong, a cool bar, extra fridge, and 5 flat screens! The garage also accesses the amazing back deck which has a really nice hot tub, grills, table and chairs, fire pit- everything you need to have a good time. There is a nice sized yard. This home is perfect for adults and children. Dan was so helpful and a very responsive and wonderful host. Thanks for sharing your getaway with us!!

Great place for a large group, house is big but sleeping 15 is hard unless you share beds as it only has 9 beds. other than that was great spot and lots of fun in the garage bar area, back deck and hot tub was clean and nice! Will stay again next year for sure! Thanks Dan!

This is the perfect house for those looking for a more private location but still close enough to both union pier and New Buffalo. The garage and front yard are great for entertainment. Plenty of bedrooms, high end stocked kitchen, beautiful porch with trees surrounding the property. Would definitely recommend.

Process to rent the property was easy and the communication was good.It was a great space indoors and out for our large group. The kids especially enjoyed the man cave. Location was wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The indoor great room was perfect for our large group to play games and eat together. The man cave was a close second.

Really great house. It was spacious enough for our group of 11, very clean and comfortable. Everything worked, including the grill and hot tub, and the converted garage was a great hangout space. Very nice location, with a quiet public beach a 10 minute walk down the road.

This house is absolutely amazing and perfect! We had a group of 15 staying at the house for a long weekend at the nearby golf course. The garage is ideal for a group looking to have a great time and stay at the house with the ping pong table and pool table. Highly recommend!

Very spacious family vacation home! The game rooms were exceptional. There was access to 2 beaches-1 within walking distance, the other with a parking pass. Well stocked kitchen for the cooks in the family. Plenty of porch space and yard space for kids to run. Also the beds were comfortable! Thanks Dan

We rented this property with another family - so 4 adults and a variety of young adults aged 17-22. As other reviewers have commented, this house is exactly as advertised. And the garage (which we called the ManCave) was perfect for the kids and husbands to watch the golf tournament and play pool and pingpong. We have been renting for 15 years up here so I know previous house issues we have had and will comment on them here. Dan was a great host - responsive, resolved an issue we had, and communicated well. Excellent management. Air conditioner worked very well and we never ran out of hot water when we all came back from the beach (problems in other rental houses for sure!). Two refrigerators really great for big groups. Wifi worked perfectly. Huge closet spaces. Berrien Beach is .4 miles away - we did make a drop off of gear each day with a car and then had some of us bike over. It's a bit of a walk when you are carrying all the beach stuff. The two masters on the first floor have sky lights which is very bright in the morning. It bothered me more than the others as I wake up easily. And the house does have a mildew smell - we have had this with over half of the rental houses we have used over the years. Again, it bothered me more than the others as I have big allergies to that. We had to wash every item of clothing we brought when we got home because that smell came home with us. This has happened before and not a huge deal. We all agreed we would rent this house again but that I would have to up my allergy meds!

This huge house is amazingly equipped and clean. The kids (and adults) had a blast in the game room and we loved the hot tub.
The beach is within walking distance (except for 2 of us who can’t do stairs). No room for boredom here! Dan was very responsive to a couple of items we called about, and they were fixed promptly.
