Spent a great weekend at this home! Our large group fit very comfortably inside and we were lucky enough to have good weather to hang out on the screened porch. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, great kitchen.
The town of New Buffalo is great and walkable. The house itself is on a quiet, gravel road which does make it a bit hard to find - keep and eye out for the Third Coast signage. We will definitely being staying with this group again in the future.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! The rooms were big, there were several bathrooms, and the front porch room was great. The location was wonderful as we were close to anything we could need! The hosts were friendly, and also responsive with any questions. Overall we had a great experience and loved the house!

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect! The house fit our group of 12 girls so comfortably, and having 4 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The screened-in porch quickly became one of our favorite spots to hang out together. The location truly can’t be beat — we were able to walk everywhere, from restaurants and shops to the beach, which made the trip so easy and fun. I would highly recommend this place to any large group visiting New Buffalo. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We had a great stay at this house! The place was extremely spacious — even with a large group, it never felt crowded. The layout is perfect for families or friends traveling together.
The location could not be better. We were able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes, and downtown New Buffalo with all its shops, restaurants, and coffee spots was also an easy stroll away. It made the trip feel so easy and stress-free since we didn’t need to drive everywhere.
The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a spacious, welcoming place in New Buffalo.

We had a wonderful weekend with college friends at Leland House. The spaces were great for relaxing and privacy, and it was walkable to both the beach and the town. We recommended a few items that needed attention (burnt out light bulbs, touchy smoke alarm when the oven is on), but most things were great!

Third Coast was great at communicating through email and text though I would have preferred one form of communication (text message) once the reservation day arrived. Not everyone checks email all the time and I missed the email stating the property was ready for early check-in. Other than that, the property was exactly as listed and I felt comfortable with the entire check-in process and reaching out with any issues.This house is great for bigger groups with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It is so close to walking downtown for the grocery store, restaurants, shops and though we didn't visit this trip (too cold) - the beach. The kitchen had enough amenities for us to prepare our own food and the layout of the first floor was great for group hangouts and gathering.

Friends Birthday Weekend

We were a group of 11 women for a birthday weekend and the house was perfect for us and our activities. The pictures in the listing were accurate, all of the listed amenities were available and the property manager reached out to offer more if needed (beach chairs, etc.) Communication was great through email and text message (although streamlining to one form of communication may have been easier) and they even offered early check-in for the weekend. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and shops and the grocery store - no need to drive anywhere! A lot of time was spent relaxing, eating and playing games at the house since the open concept floor plan allowed for the group to gather in the kitchen, living area and dining area. Sleeping and bathroom accommodations were very comfortable. If you want a place to stay with a larger group and be close to downtown, I would highly recommend this property! I would come back in the summer to visit the beach and enjoy some outdoor dining.
