Welcome to Leland Lodge, a guest-favorite getaway in the heart of downtown New Buffalo — just a short walk (about 5–10 minutes) to the beach and everything New Buffalo has to offer. This spacious home sleeps up to 14 across 4 bedrooms plus bonus lower-level sleeping space, with 4 full bathrooms throughout. Inside, you'll find cozy living spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, and two suites with in-room jacuzzi tubs. Outside, relax on the screened-in porch, gather around the fire pit, or soak up the Harbor Country vibes year-round.

Amazing Downtown Location A quick stroll to New Buffalo Beach, and walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, and ice cream stops — all from a quiet street tucked close to the action.

Six of us spent a girls' weekend at this lovely home. It is large, but feels cozy and homey. The screened-in porch was a beautiful place to have morning coffee and breakfast. Both living rooms have plenty of comfortable seating for all of us. We were able to walk to dinner, the beach, and shops. The communication with the host was so good! We would not hesitate to book this home, or another of Third Coast Vacation's homes again.

Our family created memories that will last a life time. The location was perfect We walked to the beach & grocery stores & ice places & shops as well as wineries ! Upon arrival We had a few hiccups with sandy sheets in one bed and a broken light in one bathroom. But the host was very responsive. However The house was lovely and we had everything we needed including beach gear. Thanks for the memories and we will be sure to return to New Buffalo.

We had an amazing time in New Buffalo! The location of this house was great- quiet and off the beaten path enough that we were able to avoid lots of people and traffic- but were able to easily walk to everything!! The house was clean, well laid out, and had plenty of comfortable beds for everyone, as well as a big dining table and enough seating in the living room for our group to gather. The screened in porch was a favorite- especially during a wonderful thunderstorm one evening and avoiding mosquitos! The kitchen was fully stocked with really nice appliances. The washer and dryer were so convenient and easy to use. We loved the little bottles of everything we would need- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. The welcome bag of treats was a fun surprise. The house does come with beach chairs and small beach umbrella, but we liked ordering a large beach umbrella to be delivered and picked up at the house from Weekends Harbor Country.

Spent a great weekend at this home! Our large group fit very comfortably inside and we were lucky enough to have good weather to hang out on the screened porch. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, great kitchen.
The town of New Buffalo is great and walkable. The house itself is on a quiet, gravel road which does make it a bit hard to find - keep and eye out for the Third Coast signage. We will definitely being staying with this group again in the future.

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect! The house fit our group of 12 girls so comfortably, and having 4 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The screened-in porch quickly became one of our favorite spots to hang out together. The location truly can’t be beat — we were able to walk everywhere, from restaurants and shops to the beach, which made the trip so easy and fun. I would highly recommend this place to any large group visiting New Buffalo. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We had a great stay at this house! The place was extremely spacious — even with a large group, it never felt crowded. The layout is perfect for families or friends traveling together.
The location could not be better. We were able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes, and downtown New Buffalo with all its shops, restaurants, and coffee spots was also an easy stroll away. It made the trip feel so easy and stress-free since we didn’t need to drive everywhere.
The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a spacious, welcoming place in New Buffalo.

We recommended a few items that needed attention (burnt out light bulbs, touchy smoke alarm when the oven is on), but most things were great!

Third Coast was great at communicating through email and text though I would have preferred one form of communication (text message) once the reservation day arrived. Not everyone checks email all the time and I missed the email stating the property was ready for early check-in. Other than that, the property was exactly as listed and I felt comfortable with the entire check-in process and reaching out with any issues.This house is great for bigger groups with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It is so close to walking downtown for the grocery store, restaurants, shops and though we didn't visit this trip (too cold) - the beach. The kitchen had enough amenities for us to prepare our own food and the layout of the first floor was great for group hangouts and gathering.

Friends Birthday Weekend

We were a group of 11 women for a birthday weekend and the house was perfect for us and our activities. The pictures in the listing were accurate, all of the listed amenities were available and the property manager reached out to offer more if needed (beach chairs, etc.) Communication was great through email and text message (although streamlining to one form of communication may have been easier) and they even offered early check-in for the weekend. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and shops and the grocery store - no need to drive anywhere! A lot of time was spent relaxing, eating and playing games at the house since the open concept floor plan allowed for the group to gather in the kitchen, living area and dining area. Sleeping and bathroom accommodations were very comfortable. If you want a place to stay with a larger group and be close to downtown, I would highly recommend this property! I would come back in the summer to visit the beach and enjoy some outdoor dining.
