Welcome to Maple Haven, a charming 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in the heart of Grand Beach, just 1/10 of a mile to Ridge Road Beach. This inviting home blends comfort and style, with an open-concept living area, cozy fireplace, and large windows filling the space with natural light. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, flowing into a dining area that opens to a screened porch — ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Where you'll sleep: the primary suite has a king bed, and the second bedroom also offers a king bed, both sharing the upstairs bath with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds with a calm, private feel, and the fourth bedroom is a cheerful bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk sets, sleeping 4 — perfect for kids or teens. Sleeps up to 10 in total.

Both bathrooms are tastefully updated: the first-floor bath has a walk-in shower, and the upstairs bath offers the tub/shower combo and double vanity. Outside, unwind around the fire pit or relax in the peaceful yard, just minutes from downtown New Buffalo, local beaches, restaurants, and shops.

A couple of practical notes: the indoor dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating for 6–7 on the screened porch table for larger groups.

Beautiful classic Grand Beach home on a pretty wooded lot. The house was roomy and comfortable. Very well equipped. We had a great week enjoying the beautiful fall weather. I do recommend including a laminated sheet or booklet on the counter with internet details, instructions for TV, garbage pick up, check out instructions, house rules, etc. all in one place. That would be helpful for regular VRBO guests who are used to that arrangement. All in all, a great week and would definitely rent again! Thanks for all your help, Jon!

Charming updated house with old-fashioned screened porch, comfortable furniture, good mattresses, well-appointed kitchen. Plenty of toilet paper. Nice place to sit and put up your feet for conversation with friends and family. Note: If you need a big table to eat dinner together, you better hope for good weather. The indoor table seats only 6 and crowds the kitchen with that many. The only other table is on the screened porch and seats 6-7 comfortably. We were 4, so no problem. Fantastic location and great communication from Third Coast!
