Five beautifully appointed bedrooms provide plenty of space for family and guests, each offering comfort and privacy. There is one bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor and en-suite bathroom and the remaining four bedrooms are on the second floor. 

Convenience is key with three full bathrooms, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space to get ready for the day ahead.

Access
We'll provide you with a code for both the front gate and the front door keypad lock along with your check-in details.

Pool & Hot Tub
The community pool and hot tub are available for your use and are located just 300 feet south of the house. They are open from mid-May through the end of September. If you're visiting close to these dates and would like more details on availability, just let us know!

Coffee Maker
You'll find both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker in the kitchen, so you can enjoy your coffee just the way you like it.

Parking
There is space for two cars in the driveway and two cars in the garage. If you have visitors during the day, there are short-term overflow parking spots to the right of the entrance.

Trash & Recycling
You'll find one trash can and one recycling bin in the garage. Please place them outside on Sunday night for pickup on Monday morning.

Washer & Dryer
A private washer and dryer are available for your use on the second floor.

Beach Access
Marina Isle is on the riverfront, and the closest sandy beach is Silver Beach, just two miles away in St. Joseph. It’s a great spot for family fun, sun, and sand!

We have a few beach chairs, pool noodles, and other beach gear in the garage for you to use. Please return them to the same spot when you're done so they're ready for the next guests.

Property was very clean and the location was great. Easy to get to things in St Joes. We had some grandkids with us (2,3, and 4 yrs old) and it was great that there were toys in the unit for them to play with.

This was the 2nd time that we’ve stayed at this location. All 4 couples have agreed that we would return again.
Nice and quiet, relaxing location that is close to downtown restaurants and shops. From there it’s an easy stroll to the beach.
We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

We loved our stay here! Lots of space and the amenities were bountiful. We needed nothing. Gated community, but no problem getting in. Very quiet and safe. Silver beach has so much to do and beautiful sunsets to end every day. 😍

The stay at TCV’s St. Joseph home was wonderful. The house had plenty of space, a great safe location, beautiful views, and came with plenty of amenities and extras we are unused to having. Communication was great with Jon and team. I would recommend staying here!

Had a wonderful stay in this home with my family! Plenty of space for us all to have our own space while also hanging in the common areas. Being right on the river was beautiful! Kids loves the pool which was just a few houses away.
St. Joseph was fun to explore. Cute downtown with shops and good restaurants.
Highly recommend this home!!!

The place was great. Everything was clean and as described. The only issue was there was no longer a water taxi running to St. Joseph which created logistical issues for our family. Outside of that, 5 stars!

Great spot to relax along the river. The place is large, clean, and well stocked with everything you need. They even had welcome snacks and the hosts are very professional and responsive. Pool was nice and overall a fantastic experience.

My friends and I stayed here for our annual reading retreat. This was the perfect property for what we wanted. The home was spotless, stocked with what we needed, lots of comfy spots to curl up with our books. The host was extremely communicative and gave clear instructions. Location was perfect. We loved our stay and we look forward to coming back!

We were on a Girls Trip to visit Winery's and shop. We had 9 girls and all had plenty of room and bathrooms. The place was awesome. Loved the 2 balcony's that faced the river. Great views and home felt very secure and cozy. The house was stocked and we brought lots of stuff but didn't need some of it. We all had a great time and hope we can come back. The neighborhood was nice and neighbors were friendly. This area had a lot to do and very nice. Everything went well just our last night there we tried to wash our towels and washer would not work. I tried to call the host and left messages and messaged them on Airbnb but didn't get a response. Otherwise they were very responsive prior to that last evening which was a Sunday. I would for sure stay here again. Thanks so much!!

Quick getaway

This is a beautiful place, clean, with a great view. Love the location, easy access to boating, jet skiing, restaurants, and parks. You feel very safe, a great neighborhood. You will not be disappointed. We will stay here again. I cannot say enough about Third Coast Properties, great host. Great time!

Our extended family gathered in St. Joseph and this house suited many different needs….teens who wanted to go to the pool, relatives who wanted to sit in the patio and visit, we cooked, we grilled, we went to the beach.
Everything was clean, comfortable, and ready for a leisurely, relaxing weekend. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting a similar experience. Thanks, Third Coast, for a great setting for our family trip.
