Pool & Hot Tub
The community pool and hot tub are available for your use and are located just 300 feet south of the house. They are open from mid-May through the end of September. If you're visiting close to these dates and would like more details on availability, just let us know!
Coffee Maker
You'll find both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker in the kitchen, so you can enjoy your coffee just the way you like it.
Parking
There is space for two cars in the driveway and two cars in the garage. If you have visitors during the day, there are short-term overflow parking spots to the right of the entrance.
Trash & Recycling
You'll find one trash can and one recycling bin in the garage. Please place them outside on Sunday night for pickup on Monday morning.
Washer & Dryer
A private washer and dryer are available for your use on the second floor.
Beach Access
Marina Isle is on the riverfront, and the closest sandy beach is Silver Beach, just two miles away in St. Joseph. It’s a great spot for family fun, sun, and sand!

We have a few beach chairs, pool noodles, and other beach gear in the garage for you to use. Please return them to the same spot when you're done so they're ready for the next guests.
