Welcome to Michiana Memories!

This spacious lakeshore home is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Lake Michigan beaches and has sleeping space for family gatherings or larger groups. The open and airy floor plan promotes connection and relaxation.

Walk into the front doors of the home into a spacious entryway with bench seating so you can kick off your shoes and unwind! Off the entryway is a thoughtfully decorated living room, complete with a large smart TV, fireplace, and tons of comfy seating for your whole crew.

Just off the living area is a dreamy kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the tools a hobby chef could need. Bar seating makes it easy to serve up a snack or enjoy your morning coffee. Serve up a meal in the dining room located just off the kitchen on the main floor.

Off the living space is a main floor ensuite bedroom with a cozy queen bed, full bathroom and french doors which open up to the spacious backyard deck.

Stroll through the main floor for a second main floor living area, complete with cozy couches and a custom pool table where you can enjoy some friendly competition. Just off the den is a sunroom decked out with extra seating and a cute dinette table—perfect for board games, snacks, and relaxation.

Head upstairs for three spacious bedrooms including two large bunk rooms that sleep a group as well as a large full bathroom. Rounding out the upstairs is another queen bedroom and a spacious second primary suite with a recently remodeled bathroom.
 
Enjoy your evenings in the well-landscaped backyard complete with bocce ball, cornhole, outdoor dining, and a fire pit where you can enjoy s'mores and other campfire treats.

Parking
There is parking for five cars in the parking area in front of the house. They must be angled so that your tires are not on the road please.

Pets
We allow up to 2 mid-sized house-trained dogs for $100 fee each per stay. Please bring water and food bowls, all yard detritus must be cleaned up before you leave please.

Beach Access
There are multiple Lake Michigan beaches within easy walking distance, the closest is 2/10 of a mile walk through a quiet neighborhood to stop #38. Please note that there is no car parking allowed at these beaches. You are allowed to bring your dogs to the beach after 6:00 PM also, which is hard to find in our area..

Coffee Maker
There is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, please bring your own pods.

There is one camera facing out from the front door towards the parking area

Parking

There is a propane grill in the backyard (we supply the propane)!

There is a wood-burning fire pit in the backyard, surrounded with Adirondack chairs. There are numerous places to buy firewood by the bundle in our area.

Indoor Fireplace
The fireplace is not in service for the foreseeable future

Washer and Dryer
There is a private washer and dryer for you to use in the second floor closet at the top of the stairs

Televisions
3 total: there are two family rooms with 4K TVs and the 2nd floor primary bedroom also has a 4K TV.

Local rental restriction: Local ordinances recently put into place a 7 night minimum from May 1 to Sept 30. We can not approve a reservation for less than this timeframe.
