Welcome to Michiana Memories!
This spacious lakeshore home is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Lake Michigan beaches, with sleeping space for family gatherings or larger groups. The open, airy floor plan promotes connection and relaxation.
Walk into a spacious entryway with bench seating, then into a thoughtfully decorated living room with a large smart TV, fireplace, and comfy seating. Just off the living area, a dreamy kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating opens to a dining room. A main-floor ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and french doors opens to the backyard deck. A second main-floor living area centers on a custom pool table, and just off the den, a sunroom with a dinette table is perfect for board games and snacks.
Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms include two bunk rooms that sleep a group, a queen bedroom, and a second primary suite with a recently remodeled bathroom.
The well-landscaped backyard features bocce ball, cornhole, outdoor dining, and a fire pit for s'mores nights.
Good to know: up to 2 mid-sized, house-trained dogs are welcome ($100 fee each per stay). The closest beach is a 2/10-mile walk to Stop #38 (no car parking at the beach itself; dogs are allowed there after 6 PM). Parking fits 5 cars in front of the house. A Keurig coffee maker is provided (bring your own pods).
