Excellent location in a tree lined charming neighborhood less than a mile from downtown new buffalo. The house was more than enough for me and my husband and pug. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. It would have been nice if the yard was fully fenced my pug kept escaping but that was a minor inconvenience. I think my only complaint was the heavy cleaning solution smell was overwhelming. It was so strong the smell stuck on us- our clothing, hair and even on our dog….. I am very sensitive to toxic cleaning products so that was uncomfortable. My suggestion is vinegar and water with a few drops of lemon, lavender, peppermint or eucalyptus oil. Or use Method cleaning products that are reasonable price and are less toxic and scented with essential oils for a much lighter fresh smell. Otherwise seriously I loved the house and would come back for sure. Thank you!

The cleaning company made a quality control visit just as we were checking in, which was a positive step for us. The screened porch is a great feature of this property. We spent most of our time out there. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The ensuite bath was recently remodeled and was quite nice. Many games available if the weather does not cooperate. The second bedroom has no closet which was an inconvenience.The host was quick to address any issues we brought up. Nothing was major.

The reviews for this property are SPOT-ON. The house was impeccably clean, and all 5 of us enjoyed our stay on site for the week. Here's the best part: With any rental, something usually goes wrong... and in this case it did! The guest bathroom drain got clogged. I sent a message to Third Coast and literally ONE MINUTE LATER they texted and had someone out the next morning to fix it. Can't recommend this Vacation rental company more... we will likwely book directly with them next time. One note... and it's just a suggestion for the rental company (and for future travelers here): the house needs curtains on the windows. There are blinds but it's NOT ENOUGH. By 7am the rooms were blinding with sunlight. It really needs curtains as an option to close and really have dark for kids to sleep in, heck for the parents to sleep in! Or... bring black garbage bags like we did to cover the windows to help our 9 year old sleep. Not enough for me to ding the overall rating... just a suggestion.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is gorgeous inside and out—the tile work and bathrooms were beautiful and absolutely spotless. As self-proclaimed picky travelers, we were thrilled by how pristine the entire home was, especially the kitchen. We loved using the Beach Ninja tent, enjoyed relaxing by the fire each night, and found everything about our stay incredibly comfortable. The beds were great, the appliances were top-notch, and there was plenty of space for everyone. A huge highlight was the three-season room—it was incredibly peaceful and allowed us to enjoy the outdoors completely bug-free. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Great space and location! Perfect for two families with small kids. Well stocked kitchen, cozy living space, clean bathrooms, and a breezy bug-free back porch. Easy walk into town for coffee, dinner, ice cream, etc. Communication with the host was seamless. Would recommend and stay here again.

We had a great stay for our girls weekend. Plenty of space, convenient location to activities, and quiet neighborhood. Great communications from the host and their team. The toilet handle broke and their maintenance team was there within an hour to fix it and the technician was so nice. He even shoveled the snow outside the door. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully prepared. We were greeted with a cute welcome gift, which was such a nice touch. The home has everything you could possibly need, including plenty of games for entertainment. It’s about a 10-minute walk to downtown, but only a quick 3-minute drive if you prefer to take the car. There’s also a grocery store just a few minutes away, which was super convenient. Overall, a perfect place to stay – highly recommend!

I stayed at this property with my wife, parents as it was close to downtown New Buffalo and dog friendly. The house was beautiful, comfortable and well kept when we arrived. Third Coast Vacations provided anything and everything you could need during your stay along with great recommendations of restaurants and activities. I would definitely stay at the location again as well as stay at other properties of Third Coast!

This was the perfect place for a New Buffalo vacation! The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location made it a convenient walk to the shops and restaurants in town. We highly recommend!

We stayed at this cute cottage with family, including 4 adults and 2 kids. It was a perfect setup with plenty of space for both kids and adults. The screened in porch was awesome for coffee in the morning and family time at night. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. The walk to nearby restaurants and beach wasn't too bad and gave us the after dinner walk we needed. New Buffalo is the perfect quick getaway, and this cute home made it even better!

We rented the property in New Buffalo, MI as a place to stay while we went into Chicago to have an encounter with the beluga whales at Shedd's Aquarium. We had a great time there, and then came back to New Buffalo to enjoy a leisurely and great meal at The Stray Dog. We finished up the day relaxing at our rental just enjoying spending time with family. Thank you.

The house was very nice. The cute treat bag and note when we arrived was super sweet. I wrote third coast a few times before we stayed and they were always very quick to respond. Very nice house. It was very well stocked. We loved the screened in porch. We walked the neighborhood every evening and saw lots of deer roaming everywhere. There was even a little trail we followed. We could walk just about everywhere in the city.

The house was very clean and well cared for. Lots of sitting spaces including a screened in porch. Quiet neighborhood setting. An easy 10 minute walk to town! We all (including the dog) enjoyed our stay and talked about coming back. There is an error on listing: there isn't a hot tub.
