This home features a spacious, newly renovated New Buffalo studio suite with balcony and multi-setting jacuzzi bathtub. This studio vacation home is a guest suite located next to another available, three bedroom, one bath home and the units are available together or separately.

The home is a perfect fit for couples who are looking for a centrally located getaway in the heart of downtown New Buffalo.

Walk into the home and head upstairs where you’ll find an open concept loft living space with a kitchenette. The studio space features a small TV and sofa, a cozy table, and a King bed with soft, comfortable linens. Need to get a little work done on your getaway? The home has a desk for you to use.

Open the french doors to enjoy the balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Just off the main room is a spacious bathroom with a large, jacuzzi tub. The home does not have a shower but there is a shower head that can be used while in the tub.

This home is a short walk from downtown New Buffalo putting restaurants, shops and New Buffalo beach within walking distance for your stay. Just a short drive away you can enjoy breweries, hiking trails, wineries, restaurants and shops.

Does this property share space with another unit?
Yes, this studio is part of a loft space on a detached garage from the main house. If the dates are open, you are welcome to reserve both properties if you need the room. New Buffs Bungalow

Is there a kitchen in the space?
There is a drip coffee maker, small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, plates, cups, etc. It is, in essence, an efficiency kitchen.

Does the unit have a washer and dryer?
No, the property does not have one. The closest place is Details laundry mat in New Buffalo. It is only about a mile away from the property across from Oinks.

Wonderful small coach house loft. Very relaxing!

Cute and cozy place to stay! My husband and I were able to walk downtown and grab coffee and lunch!! My only suggestion would be a latch for the bathroom room door, as it kept rolling open. Tub/shower is a little difficult to get in and out of. Overall lovely stay and VERY CLEAN, perfect distance to local shops and restaurants!! Would stay again!!

The communication from start to finish was exceptional and very responsive.
The only minor things were the following:
• There wasn’t any shower amenities upon arrival (shampoo, conditioner, body soap)
• Several of the towels had the same stain on them
• Light bedding only, no comforter or duvet in the unit
I’m still giving a 5 star though because I believe the soap was an accidental oversight, to which they corrected by dropping off some with a brand new iron the next morning (before we realized the unit had an iron already 🤦‍♂️). Additionally I think all the towels (and all bedding, house, etc) were clean, just maybe had some leak (or something?) resulting in several of the towels having the same stain. However, I have no doubts they would have dropped off whatever else we needed if we had asked, but aside from the soap and iron, nothing else was truly necessary for us.
All in all a great stay, great communication and cozy loft. Would recommend to others.

Great little spot! Not only is the loft spacious, but the setup and decor is perfect. Most importantly, this place is pristine in terms of cleanliness. A little bit of old charm, with modern updates. We loved the location, far enough away from being too busy, but also easily walkable (5-7 min) from downtown and all the action. Absolutely would come back and stay here again.

It’s rare to find a spot that is bigger and better than you expected. This place is in a great location, just a few minutes away from everything you need including food, beach, groceries, and shopping.

We had a great stay at the New Buffs Studio! There were a few things to note for others considering booking. The internet service was spotty at best (I was able to connect on my phone but my phone always defaulted to cellular data instead of the internet, same for my husband’s) and the bathtub/shower could pose a challenge for some (it’s a deep jetted tub and stepping in and out was tricky). We also couldn’t find silverware for eating leftovers, but we managed and Dan was apologetic when we let him know. Overall we had a lovely stay and would book again, but not for a period of time when we would require internet access.

The two Units are in Separate Buildings, The Studio is in the Guest House above the garage and the Bungalow is a separate home.
