Description
This Union Pier home is set on a quiet cul-de-sac on a large lot with a beautiful, grassy, fenced in backyard. It is a quiet walk to Townline beach and just under a mile from the shores of Lake Michigan.
When you walk into the home, you'll be greeted by comfortable, stylish furnishings and a cozy lakeshore vibe. The main living area features a fireplace and a large TV, and it flows seamlessly into the dining space—perfect for spending time together. Just off the living room is an open kitchen with plenty of prep space and all the cookware you’ll need to whip up your favorite meals.
The kitchen leads to a well-laid-out laundry room and a second bathroom for added convenience. Just off the kitchen and dining area, you’ll find two exits that open onto a spacious screened porch overlooking the fully fenced backyard. This back porch is comfortably furnished and perfect for enjoying warm summer breezes and relaxing Harbor Country evenings.
Off the dining space are 3 bedrooms, one large bedroom a king bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 twins in a bunk bed.

There is parking for four cars in the driveway
Pets
Up to two reasonably sized dogs allowed, there is a $100 fee per dog. No aggressive or barky dogs please!

There is a Mr. Coffee with a basket filter, a Keurig, and a little Nespresso machine that takes standard Nespresso espresso pods.
Television/ entertainment
DirecTV, Roku and high speed streaming!
Grilling and Chilling
There is a propane grill on the property, we supply the propane
Fire Pit
There is a Solo Stove in the backyard, we will provide instructions in your guest guide.
Beach chairs/towels/equipment
This home doesn't have beach supplies so please make arrangements to rent or bring your own. Our friends at WeekendsHarborCountry.com can assist with this!
Beach Access
The closest beach is the Townline Ave beach in Union Pier, one mile west of the house. There is hit or miss limited parking there and a lot of stairs, the next closest public beach is the New Buffalo public beach approximately 5 miles south on Red Arrow Highway.
