Welcome to Shoreline Summit, another great home offered by Third Coast Vacations, Harbor Country and Michiana's favorite local vacation rental company.

This second story downtown New Buffalo Apartment has been newly remodeled and has a serene vibe in shades of blue and natural textures. This beautiful apartment is just a short walk to downtown New Buffalo, the Stray Dog Restaurant, Beer Church Brewing Company, and the New Buffalo Public Beach.

Open the door to a light and airy living space, complete with a cozy couch, Large smart TV and a small dinette table.
Move through the home through a set of French doors and into a main bedroom with a large King bed and second smart TV. The sofa in the main room pulls out into a full size bed to sleep an extra guest or two.

Off the main living area is a full size bathroom with shower and ample bath linens. At the back of the home is a full kitchen with a French door refrigerator. There is also a small dining area in the kitchen, perfect for morning coffee or snacking while you meal prep. There is also a Weber gas grill on the small deck by the entrance that you can use throughout your stay.
How far is it to the New Buffalo Beach?
The home is a one mile walk to the New Buffalo Public beach.

Where exactly is the property?
The suite is located above a commerical space on the main st (Whittaker St) in downtown New Buffalo. You will be able to enter the property from the front or back entrance to the space. You will have your own dedicated parking.

This was a great place to get away for a few days from Chicago. Perfect for two people. It was near the railroad tracks, but we were never bothered by it as the trains only came by during waking hours. It was really close to a bunch of restaurants and a short walk on a nice day to the main part of downtown New Buffalo. Would certainly recommend.

This is the cutest little beach themed apartment! We were so grateful to have a stay that was walkable to town and allowed our dog! It's close to a dog park and a couple of dog friendly beaches, so if you are a dog lover, this place is perfect! It was also really close to the casino. Definitely recommend this place!!

Such a cute space in the perfect central location! Just a 1-minute drive or 10-minute walk to Beer Church Brewery. The train barely came by, and the place was spotless. The host’s communication was excellent, and I’d easily stay here again. Thank you so much! 💕

Cute straight forward, comfortable place. The steps to get up to the apartment where outside and the metal grate type, which makes sense for the MI winters. However, as the place was advertised as pet friendly, it was not hospitable to our dog’s paws, so we had to carry her up and down the stairs.

The space was beautiful and the service and communication was wonderful. The only issue was that it was difficult to find, as the address numbers were not visible. The location is unique, but it was right around the corner from where my daughter’s bachelorette party was- so it was perfect.

Great spot!! Perfect walking distance, super clean

Super open, airy, and clean. This spot was great. The perfect amount of steps from downtown new Buffalo. I would recommend bringing shampoo/soap/ a few extra towels because they were not stocked but the experience was great!!

This was the absolute cleanest property I have ever stayed at! If I could make one recommendation since it was already outfitted with many amenities, I would have liked a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for applying make-up. Didn't use the kitchen but some may be disappointed there was no dishwasher. see abovethe cleanliness

Cute Apartment Near Town

My husband and I decided to spend a long weekend in New Buffalo. We wanted a place that was walkeable to nearby restaurants and the beach. We did walk to and from the beach and to several restaurants, its really not that far to get to the main part. The apartment was quiet (we only heard noise from the other apartment once). The decor is cute and fits with the nautical theme of New Buffalo. Fridge is spacious. Everything is coordinated (even the measuring cups and coffee maker (drip coffee maker). The apartment is very welcoming. Parking is off the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect couples' retreat

We stayed at Shoreline Summit for two nights for an anniversary weekend getaway, and we absolutely loved it! The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat. Its location is ideal, just a short walk from both the town and the beach. This was our first time visiting New Buffalo, and we were delighted by its charm. The town offers great restaurants, cute shops, and a gorgeous beach and shoreline. Shoreline Summit provided everything we needed for a wonderful and memorable stay. We highly recommend it!

Lovely studio

This place is very clean, and very nicely decorated. The location is close to downtown New Buffalo, Warren Dunes and many nice restaurants, among other things. Check in is easy and availability of Property managers is easy and prompt. (I used texts) I would recommend any properties managed by this company, based on this experience

Great spot in New Buffalo

My wife and our dog stayed at this rental in New Buffalo for the weekend. We loved it! The check-in was easy, the managers left us a welcome gift, gave information about the nearby area and everything went great. We were a short walk to restaurants and shopping, right in downtown New Buffalo. The unit was well equipped and beautifully remodeled. This was an upstairs unit. The train tracks are close, so we would hear them in the mornings and would occasionally blow their horn. We didn’t think this detracted from our stay at all as it wasn’t too early or while we were sleeping. Overall, we would gladly stay here again and think that the value is great in the area close to town.

Answer:

Typically, checkin is at 4p EST and checkout is at 10am EST. We need to follow these times during the busy summer months but can be flexible in the off season. We ask you hold off on asking until a few days prior to arrival so we will know our schedule for the home and help accommodate.
