This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath retreat sleeps up to 10 and is designed for relaxation and togetherness, whether you're gathering with family or making memories with friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Breeze. The house matched the descriptions and photos perfectly. All rooms were well appointed, very clean, and we found nothing lacking. The private beach was perfect for our gathering and much nicer than being at Warren Dunes. There were plenty of beach towels at the house for multiple adventures in the water. If you are arriving after dark, it is difficult to see the house number, so just be on the lookout. Third Coast Vacations was very responsive to our communications. We would definitely stay here again!

Pictures of property were accurate. House was very clean and inviting. Lots of space to spend quality time with friends- as this was a girl's trip. Outdoor porch had lots of seating and fireplace with overhead string of lights was super cozy. Beach just down the path- with steps to access. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Beds comfortable and great water pressure in all showers. Probably the best response time and communication I have ever had from a host- and I have stayed in a lot of different vacation rental properties. Overall, a great weekend in a fabulous home!
