We had an issue where there was a remodel of the place we rented taking away one of the bedrooms so when we arrived we didn’t have enough beds for our family. Third Coast did not even try to argue or blame me, took full responsibility, and moved us to a new place that was approved by us. I was very thankful for their responsiveness in correcting a mistake and will definitely book with them again. It is so hard to find businesses that will try their best to make things right. They also gave us a gift card to a restaurant for our inconvenience! I felt that even though there was a mishap, our vacation wasn’t effected at all

Our stay last week was fabulous. The location was perfect for our excursions in the area and an easy walk to the beach for sunset. The cottage was very comfortable with easy check in and great communications from the host. Really liked the screened in porch and the yard. We had some perfect weather to sit out and enjoy the night. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable - everything we needed was there. We will definitely be back.

This is a great place to stay! It was awesome having beach access right down the street and we made extensive use of the front and back porches. The amenities, communication, and cleanliness were all top notch! Highly recommended!

What a pretty little home in just the right spot in Lakeside! Everything brand new! We loved the screened in back porch to relax and do a puzzle and the comfy living room to watch movies at night! Great communication!

Great communication, loved the "extras" like the toiletry kits and the kitchen necessities, and the snacks were a great touch!Great home with quick access to a fantastic beach.The private beach access and the outdoor shower to wash off the sand after visiting said beach!

The house was great. Very clean. Communication was quick & questions were answered in a timely manner. Check-in & departure were very easy. Serenity Cottage was just the right amount of space for our family of 4. The location was quiet, close to the beach & a quick drive to DT New Buffalo.
