Welcome to Union Pier Pool House, a great Third Coast Vacations getaway! This charming full renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is just about a mile from Lake Michigan’s Townline Road Beach. Whether you’re up for a dip in the pool, a leisurely walk through Union Pier, a quick bike ride, or prefer to drive (parking is available), beach days are a breeze here. Enjoy the new heated pool and soothing hot tub that were added in 2022, which are available from May through October.
Step inside and discover fresh furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, and updated fixtures throughout. This home is all about outdoor living, with plenty of space for both relaxation and entertainment.The huge grassy backyard features a cozy fire pit area, a gas grill, and a spacious patio for dining al fresco or unwinding after a day of adventure.
Inside, relax on the cozy sofa in the living room while streaming your favorite shows, or retreat to the screened porch overlooking the pool for a tranquil escape. The large dining table is great for everyone to gather and close enough to the kitchen for everyone to hang out during meal prep. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are on-site in the laundry room.
Conveniently located near downtown Union Pier, you’ll find a selection of charming local restaurants and a convenience store. This home is the perfect blend of comfort, location, and amenities for an unforgettable vacation!
Parking
There is parking for four cars in the driveway, plenty of room.
Beach Access
The closest beach is the Townline Rd beach in Union Pier, which is just over a mile east on Union Pier Rd. There is some free parking there. The closest beach with a large parking lot (fee required) is the New Buffalo Public Beach, which is 4.8 miles southwest on Red Arrow Highway.
Pool Information
The pool is open from May 1 to October 15 in 2025! The pool is 15' x 40' with depth ranging from 2' to 7'. There is an electronic cover, we will provide the code and instructions for that in our digital guest guide.
Hot Tub Information
The hot tub is open from May through the end of October.
Coffee Maker

We allow up to 2 non-aggressive dogs for $100 per dog, per stay

Two fire pits
There is a wood burning fire pit in the huge backyard and a gas fire table in the pool area! Please keep fires safe and small, there are multiple stores nearby that sell wood by the bundle.
