Union Pier Pool House

This was the perfect place for a girls weekend, and we had a wonderful time. It was just like the photos and description. We loved the pool, hot tub, comfy beds, screened-in porch, and fire pit. Minor complaints: the fire pit was overrun with grass, but we were still able to get a nice fire going. And it was a bummer to have a late 4pm check-in time coupled with an early 10am check-out. We requested an 11am check out (for a Monday) and were denied, despite the listing calendar showing no reservations starting until a few days later. Regardless, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was amazing about this cottage!! Location was ideal, the pool/backyard was incredible, and the entire home was perfection from comfort to amenities we had everything we needed and more! Will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

We had a wonderful vacation the cottage was the perfect size for my family!! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and the home just had an overall cozy feel to it!! Like all the other reviews the backyard/pool area was perfection!! Lots of seating, shade and the gas fire pit was awesome! Pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing of course, we used everything and truly felt at home!!

We have a family reunion in Union Pier every year. Family members stay in various locations, but this year we gathered twice at the Krob Road location for lunch and a swim. It was perfect in every way for this small group aged 70 and older.
Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, furniture was comfortable, and the location is private and beautiful. Thanks for the quick response from the managers when we had quesitons.

Hidden Gem! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully renovated, quaint home tucked away in a wooded area. The home was spotless, cozy and thoughtfully designed. Every detail made it feel both rustic and modern. The setting was peaceful and private, surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to New Buffalo, MI downtown for anything we needed. The outdoor Pool and Hot Tub was the main highlight. The pool and hot tub were pristine clean, impressive high quality construction design and well maintained - perfect for enjoying family time during warm weather days. The covered screened patio area was also a nice treat where we spent mornings sipping coffee and listening to sounds of nature surrounding the home. The hosts Third Coast Vacations were great hosts, went above and beyond to deliver to a wonderful experience. You can really tell how much care and attention to detail went into creating this space. We are looking forward to coming back, highly recommend!

Pool area is awesome! House is exactly as described. Everything was clean and instructions for pool were clear and easy. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location is walkable to some restaurants, coffee shops and a market in Union pier. We had a great trip

Our group had a wonderful time! The outdoor space is the best part of this house. The covered pool, hot tub, pool toys, floats, patio furniture, and grill were definitely appreciated and put to good use. The location is ideal. The house is tucked away with green space and large trees which gives it a secluded feel, but not too secluded as it’s just down the road from stores, restaurants, and the beach. The towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas were really helpful when we spent time at Townline Beach. We are hoping to check out more of Third Coast Vacations’ locations and rentals for future trips!

The home had everything you needed to feel right at home. Close to a grocery store, bakery, local beach, restaurants, breweries and wineries. The outdoor space was amazing, the design of the pool was excellent for kids and adults. I highly recommend staying here, can’t wait to be back! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Lovely little cottage, very quiet and only a few minutes walk to the coast path, to either Whitby or Robin Hoods Bay - Cinder Track also can be walked to from the cottage as well, a bit more of a walk across fields & a short road walk but no problem if you are a regular walker.

The weather wasn't conducive to pool time, but the house is so cute, clean and cozy that it didn't matter. I highly recommend staying her for so many reasons; it's close to the beach and plenty of restaurants, the neighborhood is chill, the nature is incredible, and the property is incredibly relaxing with it's perfect Harbor Country vibe. We will absolutely stay again if we can!
