Great location for walking to many restaurants and stores. Honestly, it's a great location for driving short distances to other small towns like Three Oaks. The grocery store is next door, and there is a restaurant on the other side of the building - super convenient. Easy check-in/out. We had 2 couples in our group and had plenty of room. Things to bring: ground coffee (drip coffee machine & filters are provided, no Keurig), sound machine (in case you are sensitive to outside noise), and soap/shampoo/conditioner (these are provided in little travel-size bottles, but it's generic, so if you are picky, bring your own).

Great location, able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in New Buffalo. Parking was easy. Well maintained & clean, and looked newly renovated. Also a close drive to Warren Dunes and many antique malls along the Red Arrow Hwy. Very happy with our stay!

Great communication! From emails to phone calls. Jon was super nice when I called with a few questions. We will rent this place again so we will pass this onto friends. We met friends from Michigan. We came from Wisconsin. Half way point for all of us. So we met at the casino and after loosing our money we arrived at 1A. We played cards for a bit then walked down to Casey’s for a few drinks. We had reservations for dinner at Brewster, the Italian restaurant. After came back and played more eurche. Great overnight!! Second time for us meeting in New Buffalo.

This rental was perfect for our overnight. Location made it easy to walk to all the bars and restaurants in New Buffalo. The property is super clean! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Third Coast Vacations management team is amazing. Great communication, easy check in and check out process and they made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great stay here. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms in the unit was really nice, and the bedrooms were comfortable and each had a sizable closet with hangers and hanging selves. It was a nice place to stay. Would recommend that you put blackout curtains in the bedrooms because it's very sunny in the morning. Could also use a curtain or blinds on the door that leads to the gravel parking lot. A second door in the hallway bathroom, that leads to the second bedroom, would add privacy. Then you could keep the hallway door locked and it would basically be a second en-suite bath.Location, and the fact that there were two full baths.

I absolutely loved the location. I was in town for my girlfriend's birthday weekend and her family has a summer home in New Buffalo. I was literally 5 minutes away. I came in a day early so I could check out downtown NB, was thrilled with the location.
Just steps away from Starbucks, restaurants, the beach and so much more!!! will definitely return.
