This cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom pool house is nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street in Michiana, MI, just one mile from Stop 37 at Seminole and Lakeshore and a short 0.4-mile stroll to the expansive Michiana Village Park. Even better, we are just over 60 miles away from Chicago so it's an easy drive to get here!

No parties allowed and quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM in the neighborhood
Drip coffee maker, gas stove

Parking for three cars in the driveway at most please, street parking isn't allowed
Pool toys, four season room, wood burning fireplace and fire pit
We are permitted with New Buffalo Township, please contact for more info
Local rental restriction: Local ordinances recently put into place a 7 night minimum from May 1 to Sept 30. We can not approve a reservation for less than this timeframe.
