Overview:
White Pearl is the ultimate lakefront oasis, boasting one of the area’s finest private beaches along Lake Michigan. This sprawling estate includes a main house, a guesthouse, a private tennis court, sandy beach access, a heated pool, two hot tubs, an outdoor fire pit, and lake views at nearly every turn. Accommodating up to 18 guests (including your furry friends), this Harbor Country gem offers both luxury and beauty in equal measure.
Interior Highlights:
Designed to maximize its premium lakeside location, the main house features high vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and Italian furnishings in a tasteful, modern design. Recently remodeled, this space is filled with natural light and offers seamless views of Lake Michigan.
Main House Layout:
Main Floor: A grand living area with serene lake views, a spacious dining room, a bright all-white kitchen with full amenities, a cozy family room with a TV, and two king bedrooms. The main floor master includes a trundle bed (two twins), a private TV area, and an en-suite bathroom.
Second Floor: The primary retreat features a king bedroom with a private indoor balcony and outdoor porch, a private office, and an en-suite with a jacuzzi tub, sauna, double shower, and skylight. Two additional queen bedrooms each feature en-suite bathrooms, private porches, and one has a trundle bed (two twins).
Basement: Offers a comfortable family lounge area and an additional bathroom.
Guest House:
Overlooking the tennis court, the guesthouse includes a first-floor kitchen, family room with walk-out porch, half bath, and laundry room. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a king bed, private porch, full bathroom, and a second bedroom with bunk beds.
Family-Friendly Amenities:
This home is designed for families, offering gated stairs, baby gear, an outdoor trampoline, bikes, a lake lily pad, beach chairs and towels, and pool toys. With breathtaking architecture, panoramic lake views, and unforgettable sunsets, White Pearl promises a stay filled with lasting memories.
Things to Know:
The pool is open from mid-April to the end of October.  The temperature of the pool is typically kept in the 85-87 degree range.
One hot tub is available year-round.
This property is managed by Third Coast Vacations.
Up to 2 dogs (under 40 lbs each) are welcome. No other pets are permitted without prior approval. 
Parking is available for 5 vehicles.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, with a strict limit of 18 registered guests. This is not a party house.
Renters must be 27+ and are asked to leave the property as they found it.
