The main house features high vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and Italian furnishings. The main floor offers a grand living area with lake views, a spacious dining room, a bright all-white kitchen, a family room, and two King bedrooms — one with a trundle, private TV area, and en-suite bath. The second floor's primary retreat features a King bedroom with a private balcony and porch, a private office, and an en-suite with a jacuzzi tub, sauna, double shower, and skylight, plus two queen en-suite bedrooms with private porches. The basement offers a family lounge and additional bath.
The guesthouse overlooks the tennis court with a first-floor kitchen, family room, half bath, and laundry; upstairs offers a King primary bedroom with private porch and a second bedroom with bunk beds.
Family-friendly extras include gated stairs, baby gear, an outdoor trampoline, bikes, a lake lily pad, beach chairs and towels, and pool toys.
Good to know: the pool is open mid-April through October, kept around 85–87°F; one hot tub runs year-round. Up to 2 dogs (under 40 lbs) are welcome. Parking fits 5 vehicles. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM with a strict 18-guest limit — this is not a party house, and renters must be 27+.
