This single family home is located on Tower Hill Road in Sawyer on a quiet wooded lot with a large, private backyard. It’s down the way from many of the area’s favorite restaurants, antique stores and beaches.  The home is beautifully decorated and well furnished with cozy touches and plenty of space to relax.  

When you walk in the front door you’ll see a large, open-plan living area with cozy couches and a TV as well as a small dinette and a bar with seating. The Kitchen is well stocked with high-end appliances and a large island for cooking and serving.  Off a small hallway there are two bedrooms, one with a King and one with a Queen bed. Between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. 

Just off the kitchen is a spacious screen porch that features a large outdoor dining space and beach chairs for you to use.
Head upstairs to the bunk room where you’ll find two twin bunk beds, and another bunk bed with double bed on the bottom and twin sized bed up top. There is an additional Queen bed located in this sleeping space as well.  A small TV for steaming completes this perfect space for the kids to retire to after a busy day in the area.

On the upper level is a large closet for storing luggage as well as a big bathroom with a huge walk in stone shower.
Off the screen porch you’ll see a hot tub that is open all year, perfect for unwinding any time of the year. There is also a firepit and seating in the backyard so you and your group can unwind and roast marshmallows after a day at the beach.  

There is comcast internet at the property along with 2 smart TVs and apple TV.  Any streaming services will require you to use your personal log in.  The basement level of the home is used for storage and laundry facilities which you can use during your stay.

How far away is the beach access?
You can either drive to Warren Dunes State Park (1.4 miles north) or to the newly expanded Cherry Beach (4 miles south). Adventurous types can walk north on Tower Hill Road to enter the park on foot but it's a bit of a hike.

Parking
There is parking for three cars in the driveway - no street parking is allowed in this neighborhood.

How many TVs are in the Home? 
There is one in the main living room and another, smaller TV up in the Bunk room that can be used for steaming only.
