Welcome to Blue Sky Cottage, another great home offered by Third Coast Vacations, Harbor Country and Michiana's favorite local vacation rental company. 

Pack your bags for a peaceful retreat in this cozy beachside bungalow nestled in the Paradisa Villas of Union Pier. The neighborhood is only a short walk of 950 feet to sandy McKinley beach. You'll find the home set back off the road through an antique iron gate, down a path, in a vintage Union Pier Vacation community.

This well-lit, two bedroom home sleeps 4 guests in 2 comfortable queen beds.  There is a pull out sofa that can accomodate 2 additional guests as well. The main living spairs is airy and bright with sky lights where you can view the stars above the home.

The fully stocked kitchen has a full-sized fridge, electric oven and range, microwave, and drip coffee maker.  All serveware and stemware is stocked and ready for you to use. The appliances are newer and the space hsa everything you need to prepare a meal in the home. Just off the kitchen is a full capacity LG washer/dryer and several laundry pods are included in your rental. 

The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and features a tub/shower unit and single sink.

You also have full access to a private deck with an outdoor dining table and chairs. Just off the front porch of the home is another wooden deck with a screened in patio and outdoor sofas and chairs. 

Looking to grill? There is a Gas grill avaliable for your use and in the shed you will beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use at the beach. There is also a cart to help you get your goodies to the beach path.

Parking?
You will be pulling up to an entrance with a few parking spots and the name, Paradise Villas, on the signage.  You can park there and you can also park across the street, on the grass, where the church parking is allowed.  You can park there and will not be ticketed / towed.  This home should not have more than 2 cars parked in the common parking area

Coffee Maker?
There is drip coffee maker which will require coffee filters for use.

How far away is the beach? 
McKinley Beach is a 5 minute walk away from the home. To get to the beach, simply Leave the house go right (West) to the wooded walkway  when you arrive at Lake Ave turn Right. Walk 300 feet and you’re at McKinley Beach. 

Is there a Grill at the home? 
There is a charcoal grill available.  We do not provide charcoal.

Is there a firepit?
There is no firepit at this home.
