Lake Alimentary is a brand new, luxury lakefront home that is still under construction and will be completed by June of 2024. Be one of the first to stay and book a full month rental for the summer vacation you’ve been looking for. 
 
With sweeping views of Lake Michigan, a new custom pool, 10 foot ceilings, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms (5 full, 2 half), luxury finishings, large private sandy beach and walkability to downtown New Buffalo, this home is a rare and spectacular choice for your summer getaway.
 
The home will sleep 14 guests in its 6 bedrooms. Three offer spacious bedrooms with king beds and beautiful ensuite bathrooms. There will also be 1 guest room with a queen bed, 1 guest room with a king bed, and a double bunk room that sleeps 4. 

The spectacular custom kitchen will feature high end appliances like a 48” Italian Bertazzoni range, a 48” Viking refrigerator and 2 dishwashers. The kitchen also features bar seating, and will open to a large dining space that seats 12. The open concept main floor has beautiful views of the pool and lake through large sliding glass doors and will facilitate a relaxing vibe so you and your group can unwind and reset. 
 
Off the kitchen, enjoy a cup of coffee in the large screened in porch or take a stroll down to the lake down the private boardwalk. When it comes to extra amenities, Lake Alimentari has it all with a pool, hot tub, game room, home gym, EV charging, a whole house generator, and direct lake access via its private beach.
