Welcome to Leland Lodge, another great home offered by Third Coast Vacations, a full-service vacation rental company run by locals who love Harbor Country. Formerly managed by another company, Leland Lodge is now managed by Third Coast!
When you book with us, you aren’t just getting another vacation rental company, you’re getting access to the area’s experts. We know where to go because we live here and we love it.
Third Coast Vacations is more than a place to find a great home base for your getaway. Staying with us gets you:
the beach or a stroll to the quaint downtown is just steps away with everything New Buffalo has to offer.
This 4 bedroom with bonus sleeping living room and 4 full bathrooms, can comfortably sleep 14 people.
On the main floor is a fully stocked kitchen with ample seating that opens to the living room with a
fireplace and flat screen television. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level, including a
2-person jacuzzi-style bathtub and upgraded showers with multiple jet sprays.
The lower level has a private entry in-law suite that includes a fireplace and 2-person jacuzzi-style
bathtub and separate rain shower/multiple jets. This floor also holds a Den with living room seating,
fireplace, and flat screen TV. There is a wet bar, mini fridge and ample counter space perfect for setting
out snacks to hang out and watch a movie. The den is also set up as an additional sleeping area with 3
queen sized beds to accommodate extra guests.
The large screened in porch off the kitchen has plenty of space for relaxing and dining. The fenced in
backyard has a fire pit and gas grill. This is a perfect home for year-round enjoyment. The home is wired
with internet and cable.

There is parking for 4 cars in the parking area. Please do not park in the real estate lot, they are protective of their space.
Beach Access
The nearest beach is the New Buffalo Public Beach, which is 6/10 of a mile west of the house. You can walk down Whittaker or drive and park. Please note that there is a parking fee that you can pay at the on-site kiosk in the lot.
