Welcome to your dream getaway! This exquisite lakeshore home offers both luxury and comfort, blending modern elegance with the tranquility of lakeside living. With tons of amenities like a private pool, putting green, basketball court and guest house. Bluebell Pool  Home provides an idyllic retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

As you step through the front doors you’ll be greeted by an expansive open-concept living area that serves as the heart of the home. The centerpiece of the living area is a magnificent two-sided fireplace, with a spacious living area on one side and kitchen and dining space on the other.

The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large center island with bar seating. Off the living area you’ll find a beautiful, well furnished screen porch with views of the pool and play area.

The first floor of the main home features a luxurious primary suite with a Queen bed and custom en suite bathroom. Need to get some work done? The main floor primary suite has a work space for a bit of private productivity if you must.

Upstairs discover two additional bedrooms, each offering ample space and comfort for family or guests. A second suite, complete with its own attached bathroom, provides added luxury and privacy, making it the perfect retreat for guests or family members.  
Head out to the pool area where you’ll find tons of amenities! The large private pool is crystal clear and surrounded by chaise lounges and lots of outdoor seating. Off the pool deck there’s a private basketball court and a putting green! 

Off the pool area, enter through a set of french doors into the main floor of the guest house. The first floor has a large sectional and flat screen TV with access to a wet bar where you can serve pool snacks! The upstairs features a large, open bonus area with workspace and a spacious sleeping area furnished with four queen-size beds, ensuring ample accommodation for your group.

Beach Access
The neighborhood beach is 1000 feet away, just walk west on Lakeside Lane for 1/10 of a mile then north on Lakeshore Rd for 1/20 of a mile, the beach access is right in front of the Lakeside Inn. There are approximately 100 steps down to the beach.

Pets
We allow two non-noisy dogs for a $100 pet fee per dog per stay. Please note that the beach isn't fully dog friendly but it's ok to take a morning or evening dog walk as long as they are always leashed.

Pool Season
The pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend at minimum. It may be open outside of those dates if the weather cooperates, please reach out to us at 269-371-2200 (call or text) to confirm if you are considered dates in the shoulder season. The pool is 35 ft x 15 ft and ranges from 4 ft to 6 ft deep. There is an electronically retractable pool cover, please leave that in place when you are not using the pool to save energy and preserve the chemicals.

Coffee Maker
There is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen of the main house

Televisions
There are four televisions - main house living room, main house main bedroom, main house porch and in the pool house living room. Comcast Xfinity cable is on and you can also stream with your own accounts with the high speed free wifi.

Parking
There is parking for five cars in the driveway. Please don't park on the street, please ask us if you have extra cars and we can help. The garage is open for use but not for parking as we keep some fun items in there for you to use.

Grill
There is a gas propane grill on the back patio.

Washer/ Dryer
There are two sets - one in the lain house laundry room and another in the pool house garage.
