With a fenced-in backyard, abundant natural wood elements, and modern amenities, this cozy home offers the perfect blend of comfort and charm.
The home is located just outside of the village of Three Oaks making it the perfect home base for your Harbor Country Vacations. Take a short scenic drive to the breathtaking shores of Lake Michigan and enjoy the beach in any season!
Step inside to discover a warm and inviting living room with plenty of natural wood accents and a beautiful fireplace flanked by window seats where you can cozy up in the evening. Off the living area is a beautifully furnished screen porch with sofas and outdoor dining that leads to the spacious backyard.
Just off the living area is a beautiful kitchen featuring modern appliances, tons of counter space, and all the essentials you need for cooking and dining. The white quartz bar has seating for three and the dining area seats 6.
There is one bedroom on the main floor adjacent to a full bathroom on the main floor.
Head upstairs for two more charming bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with quality bedding and plenty of natural light and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

There is parking for 3 cars, please make sure to park in the driveway and not in the grass or on the roadside.

There is one main floor bedroom with an adjacent bathroom and two more bedrooms on the upper floor.

There is an over/under washer & dryer in the hall closet just outside of the main bedroom upstairs.
How close are you to Journeyman Distillery / downtown Three Oaks?
3.3 miles.
Beach Access
The closest beach is the Townline Road Beach in Union Pier, which is three miles west on Elm Valley Road which is just north of the house. Elm Valley Rd turns into Union Pier Rd then Townline Rd and ends up right at the lakefront. This beach has limited parking and a lot of stairs however, so the best beach is usually the New Buffalo Public Beach that is located 7 miles SW on Red Arrow Highway. The NB Beach has a paid parking lot that accepts credit cards and no stairs.

There is one Ring camera on the front door facing the street and a security system that we will disarm during your stay.
